They stole my money

I have been there once in person and food was fine. I tried to order online another time and then they stole my money.
I ordered through their website paying with Paypal and they accepted my order. After 3h they called me and said they could not deliver because they dont have drivers during the day (then why are they offering deliveries at that time??). And why they didnt contact me earlier to reject my order? Anyway, the order was rejected (I got the email) but I got charged anyway. They never gave me my money back and I sent them several emails complaining. They never replied my emails.

I had to make a complaint through my bank (visa dispute), I guess you can do it through Paypal as well.

Very annoying that they ignore their customers and steal their money, worst customer service ever.
