I've tried almost all of the prepared meal delivery services in Los Angeles, and Crateful is the best. The food is consistently excellent and you can tell that the menu has been created by a really talented chef.

I love having all my meals delivered every day, it saves me so much time and stress so I can be more productive during the day.

Deliciously prepared. Obviously by a chef. Each meal is balanced and delicious. The desserts are heaven. Love it. Deliver always made it before 11 pm. Never missed a delivery.

I tried this service for a week and received several dishes with an allergen that I had specified that I have an anaphylactic reaction to. When I later gave this feedback in a survey, I was made to feel like it was my fault that I didn't give immediate feedback. Wow, the customer service really is poor.

Beautifully presented with incredible flavors in each extremely high quality healthy meal. An amazing way to achieve fitness goals without giving up enjoying food.

Great customer service. Food is decent, usually tasty, but menu repeats quite a bit. Sometimes drivers forget the gate key but generally this is a good service for those who can afford prepared meals. It is more costly than eating out but yo pay for the convenience.

I’ve tried a few different ready-made meal delivery services, and my boyfriend and I really like Crateful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the restrictions aren’t followed sometimes, but overall it’s a great service.

Beautiful fresh meals that we looked forward to daily! They adhered to all dietary issues and took good care of us. Wonderful folks!

Honestly, not the best but not the worst. Their delivery system and communication is on point but their food was lacking. It may be because I had a vegan menu and they don't know how to make vegan food that is on par with the non vegan food but still that is not really an excuse... most of the meals I had a hard time being any bit excited about. Long story short, if you're looking for a vegan option, even this pretty expensive option was sub par. I stopped my subscription after the first 3 weeks.

The first two meals arrived safely last night. Looked good, although the portion sizes were a bit smaller than anticipated -- likely due to the fact that they were cooked meals vs. salads. It would be good for at least dinner to have a hot meal with a larger side salad of fresh mixed vegetables. Perhaps one of the future meals will include this option. The lunch tasted fine, not great, but the rice was a bit too hard (undercooked). The vegetables were wilted, even before I re-heated them. Dinner looks much better. Hoping things improve over the coming days, as this was a very expensive $500+ purchase of a ten-day service. The first ten days will dictate if I ever consider purchasing future long-term meal delivery packages.
