Do not order. Seriously, do not.
Asked for a certified translation from portuguese to French the 11/12/2019. In France, certified translations must be made by French translators, a couple of other translation companies (honest ones) told me that systematically each time I asked for the service.
Easytranslate performed a translation certified in Portugal which has zero legal value on France and so is completely useless for my original purposes.
When I told the translation was not good for me, they charged me the whole value and never sent me any translation.
It has been more than a month right now (the 120 euros left my bank account December 12th).
Castatrophic custom service, non-honest service and no delivery of the order.
A trully nightmare, hope you can read this review before making the mistake to loose your money with this company that will not deliver what you ask, not answer your messages and finally not deliver any document at all
EDIT : I pass from one to three stars because after this comment the company contacted me and solved the situation providing full refund. It is still a pitty that the local services are not capable to solve a situation by themselves and that the only way to be heard is to comment in a review site. Put more energy in your customer service, Easytranslate.

Not trustworthy
Not trustworthy , after a week waiting and having paid for the services which we required urgently , this was the message after the planned delivery date:
"Good morning, I am very sorry, but I cannot find any translator to perform this translation. I tried everything I could, but there is no one to pick this up at this point. Of course we will reverse the reservation on your credit card. "

Awful - used Google Translate to translate Arabic text!
Awful! Do not use for four reasons:
1) They did they not deliver on time, and their delivery date was by 4pm Wednesday 27 November 2019, confirmed both by email to me and on their online portal. Then they had the cheek to email me back and say they had delivered to me a day early.
2) When the text was reviewed by my colleague who speaks Arabic, he confirmed they basically dumped the English text into Google translate and the whole thing doesn't make sense.
3) Not all of the English was translated into Arabic.
4) A bunch of amateurs - you may as well pour petrol on the £60 we spent using them and burn it - AVOID, DO NOT USE!!!

Really professional translation agency
I have been working with EasyTranslate for more than 4 years on a regular basis. It is great to work with them, all the PMs are really helpful, friendly and really care about the doubts you ask them about the projects, they always answer really fast and contact the client quickly when needed to ensure the quality of the translation.
They always offer me really interesting projects according to my specialties. Last year I had to take a maternity leave and was quite worried about having the same workflow after the leave. Honestly, I did not have to worry at all since they were really understanding and I have all the workflow that I used to have before.

Professional company with a human side
I’ve been working as a freelance translator for EasyTranslate for almost 4 years now and I’m very happy about our collaboration. If you as a translator have the capacity to deliver high quality translations, they have the capacity to offer you a lot of work. The project managers are friendly, responsive and easy to work with and moreover a lot of them have a great sense of humour ;). As an agency EasyTranslate were very understanding during my parental leave last year and when I was ready to work full time again they could offer me as much work as I wanted. There have been some issues with payments in the past, but as I understood it they have taken the necessary steps to avoid that in the future. I give EasyTranslate 5 stars out of 5 since they are very professional and passionate about language and translation just like me :)

Well organized "workplace"
I have been working with Easy Translate for 2 years now as a translator and interpreter and it works just fine.
The only "problem" is that the workflow is a bit unpredictable, but I guess that is part of the game when you are part of a community like this.

Late delivery, bad translations, false guarantees.
They failed to deliver in time, our client was very unhappy with the translations and they charged the whole amount although they claim to guarantee quality and to keep deadline. Also they are almost impossible to come in direct contact with. So our recommendation is to avoid them at all cost.

Hi,
I am a freelance translator for may years. I am from Malaysia. In August 2019, I was offered to do a translation for this Company and it went really well. But then, they asked to send the hardcopy document to their client who is staying in Switzerland. I gave them 2 quotations for the courier services and they agreed to pick the cheapest and raise the rate of payment in order to cover for the courier cost.
I checked in the portal, nothing is changed till today. After sending numerous number of emails to them but no response was given until I mentioned to them that I need to pass reviews to warn people about the company. My payment was supposed to be paid on 30 Sep 2019, but NOTHING is paid. I had to call the PM, she took the call and gave sweet talk as well as assurance that they will change the figure and send the payment very soon. Imagine, I have to incur cost for call them from Malaysia to France.
And again things go back to square one, promises after promises but no action is done. I used to chase payments and managed to get them, But this time, I spent a lot time and this has reached at the peak of my disappointment. Very bad company, just be aware that all the sweet reasons, promises and emails are totally lies...Just avoid this company. It only brings the negative aura to move forward.

Have to chase your own payment (as a freelancer).
Payment can be late up to 20+ days.
Being told after 2 weeks overdue that finance team 'did not' pay me.
The company is not communicative, won't reply to emails after awhile.
I ask them politely several times via email for the payment update, but to no avail.
Leave negative reviews, get the money within several days.
The company is legit and trustworthy, just don't expect to be paid on time, and do expect some chasing.

Excellent Translation Service
Having been asked to source someone local to translate a document from Spanish to English, which the Company had received, I searched the web and after reviewing a couple of alternatives, I clicked on EasyTranslate and requested a quote. From that moment on, I found their service both quick and very easy to use, corresponding with Willem throughout the process.
It didn't matter that they weren't local, as everything was so easy to organize online. Willem was very responsive to any questions that I raised, met all my deadlines, and they were actually not as expensive as I had assumed this service would be.
Excellent service, very impressed - I wouldn't bother to look elsewhere, I would use EasyTranslate again without a doubt.

I've been working with EasyTranslate for more than two years now, and my experiences have been super-positive. :)
Their PMs are all responsive and very supportive, especially Anita, whom I've been working the most with lately, she's always on top of everything, she's professional, reassuring, helpful, and super-efficient.
Even though I've had the occasional issue with payments, their finance team has also proved to be responsive and the've addressed the issued promptly.

I am very disappointed with the service…
I am very disappointed with the service I received from EasyTranslate.
In particular, I would like to point out that:
Although the delivery deadline was set for 26-07-2019 17:19, I only received the translation on 29/07/19 at 10:08;
Although in the order summary page, the price indicated is €60.00, today I received an invoice of €75 - since 25% VAT has been added. It would have been good to report this already at the time of the quote.
Although I left a comment for more information on the delivery of the translation, I have never had any answer..
But most importantly, the final translation presents obvious problems in understanding the Italian text; in at least two cases the meaning of the sentence has been completely distorted, and the translation absolutely missed. This is really alarming.
Unfortunately, I have to say that the service received does not reach the standards that seem to be advertised on the website at all.
I contacted the customer service that replied with an email in which it was expressed all the displeasure for the incident. No other action was taken to contact me or to ask for more information, despite having sought further explanations twice.
