Be careful with this site. I had a bad experience, rental car pickup changes location after you introduce payment details and then there is no way to correct it. Bad contact center that does not sole their own issues. Easy but not for the customer

Great car hire company. Easy to use website with a good filtering system. I especially like the worry free filter. Also a good cancellation policy which is quick to refund. Overall very impressed and will continue to use in the future.

Easyterra is my favorite booking platform for rental cars. Not only for holiday cars but also business trips. I like the online portal where you can see your rental history and download invoices and vouchers

They had a crash in their site a few weeks ago, but that's the first time in many years I have been using them and got a discount voucher for the inconvenience.

So bad experiance, summer tier on cars rentin Gneva airport in the winterperiod as standard - What the F... so unproffesionel handel - I will never used Easyterra again, they don't stand up for their responsebility!!

Absolute scammers and liars. I paid for a reservation that said “young driver surcharge included” and when I turned up to the car hire they made me pay extra for the young driver (I’m 24).

What’s more when I called customer arrive they did nothing even though I showed them screenshots of their OWN website clearly saying young driver surcharge included, they made me wait 15 minutes and then said to call another department another day.

I use easyterra really a lot. However, I have noticed that the quality of service went down hill over the past 12 months. More often than ever before, I have issues where rental agencies do not deliver what they promise and easyterra as a brooker seems not to care though I understand that under EU law, easyterra has a "duty to care". Also the phone number seems to be inactive... so after sale service is poor!

Making the order was an easy and quick process, the price was fair, and the overall experience was very positive.
