A business relationship is simply terminated because we send flowers and these are supposedly forbidden. I can understand that the general terms and conditions exclude liability for such products. But as an intermediary you completely prohibit the purchase of shipping labels, even though the courier accepts and carries out the transport of such shipments. And even despite these terms and conditions, liability is assumed for any damage caused during transport. I can't understand that. You don't want customers?
I'm very surprised at your approach and curious as to whether it's in the company's business sense. That's why I ask you to let me know how you can contact your superiors or higher management. Thanks!

I sent three shipments to the Philippines using EasyShip as agent for FedEx. All three packages were held by Philippines Customs because the forms used by EasyShip were incomplete and erroneous. On one I was charged an additional $50. penalties for a package valued at about $12. I am still waiting for similar issues with the other two. I have been shipping packages to family and friends in the Philippines for 20+ years using other agents and carriers and never had a problem before. Their online app defaulted to US for country of origin and there was no option to list as gifts, only "Direct Sales" or some other store app. Consequently I was charged for VAT and other taxes and penalties. I will NEVER use them for anything again and they refuse to make it right.

One star cause 0 isn't an option. I have already left a review on the shopify app store, I am living one here to be sure that people know how bad this app is. It's expensive and customer support is there until you need a refund on a mistake THEY make. I have been using this app for 3+ years, spent over 15K€ and they are being cheap for 30€ refund (again, not my mistake, theirs). If you can, use another app.

I had a genuine inquiry about the status of my international delivery. The parcel was mailed out from Canada Post, which states on the website that certain international packages get passed to Easy Ship. My shipment was one of them. In asking for customer support to look up an order, I got no help at all. They re-directed me back to Canada Post where the last contact point of the shipment would be Easy Ship. Not much effort was put in by their customer service team - absolutely did not want to search. I know it can be hard to track down a parcel. Even as a third-party provider, there remains responsibility, which none was shown. Disappointed. I would not recommend or use them as a first-party provider either.

I used them to ship a package from the U.S. to Colombia and everything was going well they were way cheaper than everyone else ($300-$500 vs $56 for a small box) and the company recommended FedEx so I chose them cause they were well know and I thought reliable well 2 days after I shipped my package I get an email saying it cleared customs and was out for delivery and then the next day it says my package has no deliver date now and I called FedEx they said don't worry blah blah blah well after a few more days and a few more calls each one giving me a different answer and FedEx tell me I had to use their preferred broker for which the email address they gave me was invalid and none of the phone numbers were active I contacted easyship support and because I wasn't a premium member it had to be done by email which all that was was 3mo of the guy wasn't my time because he's in India and couldn't talk to a live person at FedEx but trusting him made it to where if I want my package back since it's no longer deliverable I have to pay $600 and easyship won't even give me the cost of shipping back amd on top of that I ended up just giving the person the money to buy a new laptop because that's what I was sending was my old one so all in all this has cost me $1200 and easy ship did absolutely nothing but make the situation worse

It just doesn't really work beyond booking a service... The other parts of the service as so far damaging the reputation of my business, sending out tracking emails without my permission to websites that don't even work... Very poor. For example, they have the wrong link for tracking with EVRI. They're still using Hermes. Hermes changed to EVRI years ago... Very poor. So far, I do not recommend - It's just making my business look stupid, when customers click on tracking links that don't work that were auto generated by EasyShip without my permission.
Order Update 08/08: It works well for UPS... I will continue to use you for UPS!
Update 6/9: Now that I've seen the competition, I think EasyShip is definitely one of the better services. It's easy to use in most cases, I think it can do with some work to make it more intuitive but for the most part it does help to streamline work. I've tried about 4 other similar platforms since I started using Easyship and the only real competitor is goshippo. Will continue to use Easyship & can recommend...

Worst experience I have ever had trying to use a software.
Store was connected for the trial. As soon as I paid at the end of trial had connection isse. Spent hours trying toi figure it out. Customer service and tech support were not helpfull and basically ghosted me for 5 days saying they elevated it to developers.
In the meantime I needed a solution and found one.
Now this is the part that makes me mad and you have been warned. I requested a refund as the software NEVER worked since I paid.
They refused and continue to refuse even though they cost me hours and hours worth of work and waiting on them. These people are crooks as far as am concerned. Buyer Be ware!!!

I recently tried Easyship to organize and manage my fulfillment warehouse for a few brands I own after finding out that Shipstation does not have a direct integration with woocommerce. While there were a few things that I liked about Easyship, like the ability to enter the types and sizes of boxes you have available so the platform can better and more accurately determine shipping rates for an order, the MASSIVE UI HARDSHIPS made me cancel the platform within the first month. Easyship did not refund my subscription payments.
The MAJOR issue with the interface is how ES handles products. You have to enter the information per sku per selling channel. This means, if you sell on your own store front, Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, Etsy, Target, Michaels, whatever, you have to enter and reinter the information for each one. To put this into perspective, for one product I offer with three variations that I sell on five platforms, I had to enter 15 DIFFERENT UNIQUE EASYSHIP PRODUCTS. That was just for one item. I also sell a line of small items with 53 variations. I input 159 products (not sold on all channels) and Easyship does not give you the option to sort by SKU or name. It sorts the products by the order you added them. I double checked with their tech support and they confirmed no easy way to sort other than the search bar.
Finally, after spending 7 hours in one evening on just that one product line, I launched my shop website. EASYSHIP CONSIDERS STAGING WEBSITES AND LIVE WEBSITES DIFFERENT SELLING CHANNELS, so there is no way to just update the shop domain. YOU HAVE TO MANUALLY RE-ENTER THE PRODUCTS FOR THE NEW SELLING CHANNEL. DAYS WASTED. The tech support apologized that there was no option to automatically update the products and said they would manually migrate them on their end, but after three weeks it wasn't done.
That means for the first three weeks of launch, my business didn't have the ability to sell/ship because of Easyship issues.
I went back to Shipstation and purchased a 3rd party woocommerce integration they recommended. At least with Shipstation I only have to input product information once and all selling channels pull from the same product information based on sku. They don't have the box dimensions option, but a much better experience so far.

Terrible service. Their declared insurance is useless. They request so many documents to prove your side, so the regular sender will not able to collect for submitting, although their tracking number indicated that the parcel has lost (no updates for 2 months).

I was charged $69.00 for a "FREE" account. The customer service dept refused to help.. BEWARE of this company...
UPDATE
After several communications, the charge was refunded. The second representative I had was helpful and did the right thing..

The absolute worst. I own a cosmetics company. We produce non aerosol hair products, lotions etc. I signed up send maybe shipments everything went fine. All of a sudden, each time I attempted to schedule a shipment the site said no couriers available. I finally reached out on chat and was told that the USPS reported my shipments as hazardous. Um, what?? never in a million years as I know that nothing I send is on a USPS hazardous or restircted list. I asked for proof and was told it couldnt be shared. I asked for a refund and to close my account and was denied that as well. Not only was the guy a huge liar, they actually think theyre going to restrict my account, not allow me to use it, not give me a refund for the service they wont let me use, and not prove their lie!!??? um no! I wouldnt care if the cost was $1. I will be contacting their executive leadership. Find someone else, they are terrible!

Shipped my office chair from UK to UAE. They’re trying to charge me an extra £135 saying it was overweight. My mum and her boyfriend helped package it for me and correctly weighed it and measured it. The only resolution they’ve given me is to dismantle the chair completely, box it up in the same box it was sent in which has been destroyed in transit and difficult to find another box identical, and weigh it which will need a big industrial scale which I’m not going to buy. Flat out scam never using this company again

Easyship sucks. It's a thief. They signed us up for a $69/month plan when all we wanted was the free plan and refused to refund the first payment. I'd like to give them 0 stars!

Any time we've had issues, we get no help & the majority of the time we've used their services, it never shows up when promised. Don't even get me started about anything going outside of the US, that's ridiculous & can't even be accurately tracked & the only way to reach out is via email with no response other than them not knowing anything! We, recently, paid extra to get a bday gift to a customer for a little girl & now see it'll be arriving 3 days later than promised. This service is horrible & unreliable!

We are currently having a UPS international shipping issue. Our customer had paid for custom and duties to a package that they never received, due to the fact of missing documents. Which was still sent back to the sender without any notification. Now they are telling us that our customer is not going to get the taxes and duties refunded !!??

It's an absolute nightmare to work with this company in case something goes wrong. Their support is probably handled by someone who can barely read.
They lost our package during collection, and they've been asking for the same things for six weeks now, despite the fact that we've provided them with CCTV records multiple times. I can't believe they didn't go bankrupt by now.
STAY AWAY.

Easyship has been providing us with shipping solutions for over five years now.
The platform is user-friendly and integrates seamlessly with various e-commerce sites. Shipping rates are customized for each parcel, which is especially valuable for handling non-standard cargo. The intuitive dashboard offers a comprehensive overview of all shipments, tracking information, and delivery statuses. Over the years, Easyship has simplified many procedures to be more customer-friendly, like making the insurance claims process very intuitive (though thankfully, these cases are rare).
The customer support team is responsive and helpful, with special thanks to our customer success manager, Chris, who is our main point of contact for any customizations or improvements we need.
If you want to make your shipping logistics easy and efficient, Easyship is definitely the right platform to choose.
