An absolute disgrace of a shipping company. They shattered my sculpture—an item of deep sentimental value—and had the audacity to keep my money. They refused to take any responsibility, and to top it off, they’re now attempting to squeeze even more out of me for additional “services.”
If you’re not actively looking to invite frustration and loss into your life, keep clear and far away from this company.

I was looking for a new company to ship with a few days ago. They decided to text and email me at nearly midnight last night. I asked them to take me off their list but they proceeded to text me again this morning and send two emails. It's not even noon yet! This doesn't even seem like a legit company at this point. I will not be doing business with them and would not recommend it to others.
EDIT: I had someone kindly reach out and they have now switched their process so they won't contact customers late at night in their time zone. They also offered a credit, which I appreciate. However, I will not be using this company after my experience and reading other reviews.

Stay away from easyship because you will get unjust courier adjustments (after you buy labels through easyship, UPS and FedEx will charge you more for the shipments). The easyship calculation algorithm is not aligned with what the actual courier intends to charge. This month, we received hundreds of dollars of adjustments for UPS. However, the adjustment dimensions and weights that the courier is citing, MATCH what we originally entered into easyship when we bought the labels. My constant request for assistance on these charges result in a response from easyship to provide proof which are "photos of the weight and dimensions of the package before I shipped them". The point here is that even if I did that, I will still be providing the EXACT same weight and dimensions that I originally inputted when I bought the labels. They encourage you to "mock up" the same size box and weight and measure it for these photos (obvisouly, nobody takes photos of their parcels before they ship). So, I flat out refuse to do this and explain to them that there is something wrong with their platform because of the discrepancy between their rates and the rates that the courier figures out later when they process the packages. So, their response back was the UPS charges were "out of area" charges... well, I ran the addresses through UPS carrier sites and they do not qualify for out of area upcharges. The bottom line is, STAY AWAY from easyship, Yes the rates you get will be great, but it is NOT the case. Like the shipment that easyshuip let me buy for a $33 FedEx 2nd day air shipment that went to Alaska, well, FedEx now wants nearly $300 that they charged directly to my account. The weights and measurements that FedEx is citing DO NOT conflict with my original weights and measurements that I supplied to easyship when I bought the label. SO easyship is a fraud - if they are re-selling probably milllions of dollars of labels.... WHY don't they adopt the exact pricing algorithm that the carriers are implementing ? The practice of selling these labels at these cheap prices is down right fraudulent. Like I said, NONE of my weights and dimensions differ in ANY of the dozens of adjustments. MOVE OVER TO PIRATESHIP - I get NO adjustments over there.

This is a delivery company — scammers. Do not use this company. When you send a package, after some time you receive a fine supposedly for exceeding the size or weight limits. In reality, this never happened. It happened regularly — both to me and to my colleagues. There is no way to contact the company and explain that the size limits were not exceeded. This company simply imposes a fine without any proof and withdraws the money from your account.

Easyship Australia is a scam. They took my money, sat on my parcel for over a month, then demanded more to deliver with UPS. Worst courier ever avoid at all cost!

I initially was happy with the easyship services and was regularly shipping items. But then I got to experience the customer service and it killed the whole experience...
My issue: abnormally high duty & tax fees for shipments to the US were applied to my packages (about 4 times the amount of the items value). All of them were of course refused by the customers, so I lost the value of the items and the shipping costs. The "contact person" at Easyship was not able to retrieve the most basic information about these shipments and kept misunderstanding the issue (felt like I was talking to an AI). I escalated the issue in a new ticket and got an answer from the "Customer service manager" who suggested a refund for one package. I have been waiting for that refund for weeks. This person has stopped answering my emails since and I am back writing to an AI... I had to investigate on the matter myself and discovered that the incorrect customs classifications were applied ("Made in China" but I am shipping out of Europe, "Raw steel" but I am shipping finished products...). Major mistake from Easyship and they won't recognise it.
As a small entrepreneur this kills the whole business.
You urgently need to improve customer service if you want to keep your customers. I have stopped using Easyship and I will certainly not recommend it to others unless I see a significant improvement here.

My package got lost and customer service told me my insurance wasn't valid because for some reason the website allowed me to enter $0.00 for my shipment value. I ended up freaking out and saying a bunch of rude things instead of simply asking to escalate the issue.
I assume the first customer service rep either didn't know what they were talking about, or didn't have authority to do anything about it. Maybe it was my fault that I didn't enter the correct value somewhere, but it doesn't seem to make sense to allow me to purchase insurance for a package value that is represented differently elsewhere. That seems like fraud, or a mistake that should have some sort of safeguard to prevent happening.
Like in the insurance claim process it tells you the claim can't proceed because the commercial invoice value was listed as $0.00, the shipment itself shouldn't be able to be processed if you enter two different amounts, since the insurance purchased would be invalid.

I used EasyShip frequently for my business, but my experience has been consistently disappointing. They happily charge for insurance on shipments, yet when a package gets lost or stolen, they refuse to reimburse the value. Even worse — they completely ignore messages or support tickets when something goes wrong.
Every time I reached out, their so-called “managers” showed zero competence. They never provide solutions, never follow up, and act as if the issue is simply not their responsibility.
In short: EasyShip takes your money but doesn’t protect your shipments. Unsafe, unreliable, and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this company.
After I posted my official review of EasyShip on Trustpilot, the company has been attempting to remove it, despite the fact that they have not contacted me directly to resolve the matter.

I am currently using EasyShip with WooCommerce. Initially, I printed the labels directly from WooCommerce, but one day, I needed help and contacted EasyShip. They advised me to print the labels directly from EasyShip because that would yield better rates.
I did, and the rates are, in fact, better. In addition, I was able to add insurance for the full value of the product. I like that feature because I ship jewelry. I have to pay for the extra insurance, but I like it.
When I print the labels from WooCommerce, the insurance is only $100, and I do not know how to increase it.
I use USPS Priority Mail for 3 to 5 days, and when I ship from WooCommerce, that is precisely how it works. I notice that EasyShip was taking much, much longer. I inquired about it, and they told me to consider factors like weather and other things.
I made a test and started alternating between shipping directly from my site with WooCommerce and shipping from the EasyShip site. I was right, EasyShip takes much longer.
EasyShip is easy to use, and the company has excellent customer service. I want to use them directly because I can fully ensure my products, but unfortunately, the customer has to wait too long, and I am paying extra to ensure they get their goodies as fast as possible.

The biggest shit thing eBay could have come up with is that the postal service in Taca Tuco Land in Africa is faster. No more purchases on eBay USA !

I signed up for Easy ship for my new website as I was limited to the shipping portal I could use. From the beginning setting it up has been a nightmare with fault that they denied until they finally saw it. Then once it eventually set up, it has been terrible with so many steps to do simple shipments and the trouble shooting has been terrible and repetitive with no results.

Business is a total scam. Their carrier stole my package and didn't deliver it, told me they never picked it up, and wouldn't even give me a refund nevermind compensate for the lost item. Horrible customer service they claim they need "CCTV footage of the pickup" to pursue. Total joke and garbage business, DO NOT USE.

Wasted my time signing up advertising they offer shipping from any country, just to find out they don't in Switzerland. I would invoice their company for the time wasted if I could.

Doesn't work with Shopify
I tried several times to try and get EasyShip to work but ultimately could not get it to work with Shopify but when I asked for a refund - I was told it was not possible so I have wasted time and money

I've been using Easyship for about 6 months now and it has been a fantastic experience. It's made fulfilling orders incredibly easy and saved me a considerable amount of time. The shipping costs and prices and very clear and I have had no billing issues. The customer service is also quick and helpful.
Everything went brilliantly. Very organised. Always quick to answer messages. Very helpful staff too.
Couldn't fault a thing. Thank you to all for the positive experience.
Easyship seemed to offer a simple, cost-effective way of shipping a box of books from my hotel in Paris to my home in Sydney. I eventually spent a large part of 2 days trying to sort out the UPS pick up. The Easyship operatives gave me the wrong pickup no. and kept telling me they were 'waiting to hear from UPS' even though the clock was ticking & I had a plane to catch. They even suggested cancelling the pick-up, which would have left me with a 10 kg box & nowhere to go. Two 'scheduled' pick-ups were missed, and when I finally gave up & contacted UPS myself, I found there were NO pickups actually scheduled. The online help for Easyship was worse than useless - it was completely counterproductive. If I hadn't taken matters onto my own hands NOTHING would have been resolved. It's worth paying a lot more not to have such experiences.

Their system has a bug that automatically changes the product origin to China, which caused major issues for me during the period when 200% tariffs were applied to Chinese goods. My customers understandably refused to pay the duties. When I asked to have the parcels returned, Easyship said they'd first escalate to their IT team to fix the bug—only for the IT team to deny any issue. To retrieve my parcels, I was told I had to fill out a physical claim form (they can’t process it online for some reason) and pay an extra shipping fee because the form has to be mailed to me! Completely unreasonable. Their rates aren’t even competitive, definitely not worth the hassle.

I sent 3 parcels with them and after a month automatically they charged my account for wrong dimensions even though this was a lie and they ask you to show proof of dimensions with measurements which who will have?
Then a few days ago they charged another $33 for what?
They have designed there service very carefully so you cant dispute there charges.
What makes people go to them is there rates are more competitive but they took over $30 of me twice unlawfully and automatically from my account.
Avoid this company and don’t be fooled by lower rates because you’ll pay much more after extra charges.

Reply from Easyship
At first, the estimated prices on their calculator will make you smile. But the trap springs shut once you start shipping. Even if you enter the exact size and weight of each parcel, you’ll find additional charges at the end of the month — for supposedly incorrect dimensions. To dispute them, you’re required to provide photo and video proof for each shipment. Because of course, we all document every package from every angle, right?
And for international shipping — expect an extra $12 per shipment for a mysterious “paper declaration.” You don’t get to choose whether it’s paper or electronic, and support has no idea what this charge even means. They just keep deducting it monthly, and there’s nothing you can do.
This isn’t just poor service — it’s a trap-based business model. Be warned.
