Everything I needed
I live in Florida and this week and I got a free code to trial their 'new system' before launch. Very impressed - it was so quick and easy. Was missing a few companies, but they were small or local businesses.

Poor service, bad communication
The online system was easy to use, however I only received forms for roughly half the companies and government agencies I selected, and one letter template that hadn't been filled in. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, and contacted them, but one and a half weeks later I am awaiting a reply. I have also tried accessing the 'no questions asked' refund, and still have not heard back. I tried contacting them on facebook as well, but my posts weren't on there when I checked, and my messages remained unanswered.
Very poor quality service, I essentially gave away $30 and can't see any hope in getting it back.

Every bride should use this service
I'd started looking in to what I needed to do to change my name before I got married and put it in the too hard basket, then as a wedding gift I received a name change package and it was all so easy!! I now always do the same for friends or colleagues who are getting married, every bride, or person who is changing their name, will save hours by using the kit. Thanks Easy Name Change!

Saved hours
I was initially hesitant about changing names - I was expecting quite a drawn out experience. Some parts are annoying, like having to go to the bank and get your license updated in person. Easy Name Change was great for rest. I got almost all the paperwork I needed. I reckon I would have saved half a day of calling around otherwise! They didn't have a couple companies, but they were really small ones so I'd be a bit surprised if they were in their database, which was pretty extensive anyway! Recommended.

Simplified & explains almost everything
Easy name change automates the name change process. By entering the details once, I was able to print letters to the bank, Medicare, utility providers and my health fund. Specific forms are provided for government agencies, such as the electoral office. In one night my I did what I needed to change my name! Very impressed and happy!
