It felt like the sales rep wasn’t fully transparent she tried to convince me that the insurance was mandatory when it was actually optional she tried to convince me to get another product that wasnt fully explained, and tried to act like it wasn’t part of the loan, she was friendly and nice but thinking back to that experience makes me feel so uncomfortable
