I sent a very polite email asking for help with installing my purchase and the response I got was just rude.

After reading other reviews I dont even want to install it, im just going to cut my losses and leave it there. I cant believe how unprofessional they are, its laughable that they claim to have great customer service.

Awful experience,
Don’t reply to emails even though they say they give great service.
Requests to cancel and they ignore you.
Having to go to papal to try and get my money back

Use the other more reputable suppliers out there

I bought the maps update, it didn’t work and the support team refused to assist.

Purchesed navigation map file that Easybimmercoding confirmed would work prior to ordering. Map files did not work (refused by car). Rude customer support that blamed everything on me. Easybimmercoding kept insisting the error was due to an incomplete download. However, Easybimmercoding could/would not provide me with a checksum for the file, redering me unable to verify the integrity of the file.
Opened a complaint with PayPal and was refunded, but what a wast of time.

I followed directions to a T, the USB was not recognized when I plugged it in. When I contacted them, they gave me more specific instructions but included in that was a heavy dose of condescending attitude. I gave the instructions to my son in law, who is a computer intern at a major company here in Oregon. I plugged it in, same result. When I reached out again, I got the same smart ass, condescending comments. I asked if I could get a pre-loaded USB to go around the issue, no response. I do NOT appreciate someone in a position to help, who feels it necessary to respond with a serious attitude. If it were free, I wouldn't go here again for anything.

Total scam, after order no message, no support, no item: Seller doesn't even know who ordered the item and when: And the greatest Scam of that website is that instead of paying one time they secretly enable PayPal subcription so they can charge you each month. Do Not buy anything here, You have been worned

Placed an order and requested cancellation shortly after once I'd realised the product wouldn't be suitable for me.

Heard nothing once order placed until they followed up 9 hours after I requested cancellation to the effect of no refunds on digitally delivered items and gave me some generic links within the same email to try and bypass this made up rule which funnily enough isn't stated on their website. Will do whatever they can to keep your money, odd considering their website does proudly state 100% customer satisfaction.

Very sketchy company who clearly need the cash flow - AVOID at all costs.

I ordered the Apple CarPlay full screen activation and the latest maps. After I ordered, I got the files and tutorials needed very quickly. For some reason my navigation software did not work after. I contacted them and got help and it fixed my navigation system and I was able to update.

Apple CarPlay full screen and the latest navigation maps are working. The original Apple CarPlay from BMW was the one for left hand drives, now after the update I’ve the one for right hand drives.

Completely echo the previous review. Very unstable connection. Contacted Rob before I purchased, and I was told that I only needed a USB cable to install.

Contacted support recently, only to be met with what I can only describe as condescending and rude responses.

Quoting his own product page incorrectly. Rob states I require a WiFi antenna, which fair enough, the product page states may be required.

HOWEVER, it does also state to contact to confirm this, if unsure. When I contacted Rob before I purchased his product with full vehicle information plus VIN, this was not stated and so I went ahead and purchased.

The level of unprofessionalism and attitude is disgusting, and I would recommend people find an alternative service!

After market CarPlay for a 2018 BMW X2 works - kind of… I’ve been using it for several months and its temperamental, but for the price its worth a go if google maps is valuable to you. If you do end up having to speak to customer service - prepare for an unhelpful experience! If you’re a bit unsure I’d recommend buying it from any of the other vendors (there are several).
