Bad experience
Hi there,
I am not satisfied at all with the order, and I will complain about it. I ordered few things and they were available. However, the day the package was delivered, there were missing things and there is a letter that the medicaments are not available. So, why the system let me order them??? If I knew they were not available, I would not have made the order at all. Also, I added a Gutscheincode, all good, however nothing was delivered, it was also taken out... Really bad service.

zunächst möchten wir uns für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen. Wir beziehen unsere Ware über den Großhandel, dieser bestimmt auch die Verfügbarkeit unserer Artikel. Die Abfrage der Verfügbarkeit wird täglich in der Nacht durchgeführt. In ganz seltenen Fällen - meist beim Randsortiment - hat der Großhandel seinen Bestand aber bereits im Laufe des folgenden Tages abverkauft. Das bekommen wir dann leider erst zur nächsten Verfügbarkeitsabfrage in der darauffolgenden Nacht mitgeteilt. thank you for sending us your review. The parcel has left our house complete and undamaged. Therefore the 2 missing articles have to have disappeared on Transport. As we can see on the photo the box was damaged.
