Though on the outside the company may seem as a legitimate business, in reality they are untrustworthy and unreliable. Their contracts are done without the slightest legal advice or review, since they will try to impose you contractual conditions that are legally null. That is because they are counting on the fact that almost everyone they interact with does not live in Germany - and so one cannot sue them. Only do business with this company if you expect to sign deals that are more like a Trojan Horse.
Besides, some of their "teachers" don't even have actual education in the area of language teaching, meaning that people often pay to receive unqualified work, which may lead to a waste of the client resources and to the spreading of shallow linguistical content.

My contact wit Easy Languages was very good, but there were promises made that weren't kept. The problem was probably with the organization they work with for language courses in a family home.

Promised was that I could plan my lessons throughout the week, but that wasn't the case. Also did my teacher not understand what I wanted to achieve in my lessons.

My expectations were high, also because of the price I paid for this week. I was really disappointed and now am learning the language with Duolingo and I'm sorry to say that that's working a lot better.

I cannot blame my teacher for this, because she has been teaching the same way for years and years, but Influent Languages should have known that, so they could have matched me with another teacher, that could learn me the things I wanted to learn.

I really hope that other people have a better experience. Easy Languages really tried, so I cannot say bad things about them, other then chosing the right organizations to work with. I couldn't find Influent Languages on Trustpilot, otherwise I would have left my feedback there for them to hopefully learn from.

For the time being I am happy with service, but will need to see with time.

The best way to learn german! I have very professional teacher, I'am very happy that I can set up time which suit to my day.

She adapts to what you request. The class is fluid.
If any thing, she should have a bit more initiative, but this and adapting to the student at the same time is difficult to have.

I like to have lessons with easy languages dot com. I can choose time, amount of classes per week. And I can have lessons at any place I want. Also I easily can print out the scripts teacher typed for me and use them as a reference. I like that classes are being tought by native and experienced teachers. I can hear real German))) and also extend my knowledges of german culture also and even learn some tricky words.

I moved to Germany and took classes at a language school last year, but with my heavy work schedule it was really difficult to attend at the same time every week. Plus, there were 8 other people in the class so I didn't get a lot of one on one time with the teacher. Easy languages has solved both of these problems. It is flexible... I can schedule classes when I want to AND I do not have to share the teacher with anyone else. It's completely individualized tutoring from the comfort of your own home!! I would recommend to anyone, especially busy professionals! Great teacher and extremely flexible.

My initial view after 3 lessons is that it is Easy, cost effective, no travel and good in quality.

Very professional service with great customer focus. The instructor is knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating to my language needs. Our schedule is fixed but I still have flexibility when schedule conflicts arise. The pace is determined based on a trial class and then the instructor watches and adjusts with the progress. Overall, I feel much more motivated to study German and to do my homework.

Easy and convenient way to learn German over Skype!

The classes units are very affordable compared to conventional languages schools. It's easy to book classes and the schedule is very flexible. The customer service is top notch, and I have never been put on hold or transeferred when calling their centre. The teachers so far have been young, enthusiastic native-speakers who seem to really enjoy teaching. They tailor the course for each student and this is one of the greatest benefits of Easy-Languages, it makes a private one-on-one class so affordable.

I'm satisfied with my online teacher. She is interested in my learning success and I can bring my own themes for lessons. We work on my learning goals, but we' re enough flexible to change the plans. I like the personal environment in that I can learn and that I can work on my very individual goals for german.

I'm very happy and thankfull for their service.
The price is very good (more if we compare with the prices here in Switzerland), the teachers are also good, they always help you, they are flexible and they adapt to your needs.
Maria (service team of Easy-Language) helped me since the first day with all my doubts and my requests.
