I booked a 1 night stay at a very reasonable price, but on checking the confirmation e-mail, I noticed that I'd been charge an extra cost of £12 for a cancellation. Phoned customer services and they agreed to credit this amount. Excellent customer service.

Straightforward booking process by phone.
Hotel staff all friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and dinner.
Bedrooms comfortable and warm but not spacious, bathrooms also best described as compact but plenty hot water for shower.
Quiet location although close to M6 with some lovely woodland walks, and frequent sightings of red squirrels.

I was happy with the deal I got from Easy Breaks except for the fact that I was asked to pay £6 booking fee,which I thought a bit excessive for a 5minute phone call to book.

the caller was very patient and after phoning me back he managed to get my break exactly as we required. thank you easybreak.

Very helpful but it was a pity the Dornoch hotel that we went to was very much a let down. The meals were awful the rooms were very tired. To charge me £10 per night for my little pug dog was a disgrace she was cleaner than the stair carpet that hadn't been hoovered for a long time. Never enter their again and I have used easy-breaks before but if this is what they are promoting might not use them again. Sorry.

Staff are great hotel needs to be updated we had a upgrade but the windows have cracked and need new window food was great . Carpet need renewal as parts are thread bear but we still had a good break

TITLE says it all - Great varied choice - Lovely staff - Always quick and easy

I booked a late break twin room for 2 nights, unbelievable mid week deal. Lodge apartment is quality in size, warm and faultlessly clean. Great view of spa village. Leisure facilities and BT sport available makes for great on site facilities. Made welcome and add 3 course meals, free wine (1 night) it's unbeatable. Don't tell anyone, it's a hidden gem!!

Great deal overnight stay Buchanan Arms Hotel . Would definitely use Easy Break again.
