Good selection of products and prompt delivery
Very prompt delivery. Great selection of parts - I needed an obscure replacement drawer part and nobody else sold individual components only whole drawers so this was very cost effective.

Larder shelf order - good service
I ordered an extra shelf for our kitchen. We recently moved into new house in Orkney, and thought an extra shelf for the larder unit would be useful. We found the item on East Coast Kitchens website. We phoned them to confirm the county drop down option (Orkney isn't listed) end they said jusf put the nearest one. Anyway, the item took nearly 2 weeks to arrive but the weather didn't help, and we are an island. When I emailed to chase the order they were very helpful and said they would get onto it. As it happened, the item arrived the very next day, well packaged also, and they emailed to advise that it was out for delivery. So very helpful service, I would certainly order from them again.

Just brilliant service
Great friendly and quick service.
Have received several orders for East Coast Kitchens which were perfect.
One order arrived with a damaged plastic component and I was astounded to receive a replacement part by 08:00 the very next morning. Brilliant!
