Pleasure to deal with , Purchased a couple of books online and it was delivered next day. Always a pleasure to deal with it the Clonmel store aswell.

I spent over EUR 100 in Easons Dundrum today and was asked at the check-out if I wanted to pay 10 cent for a paper bag, which I politely declined despite the inconvenience, and will just as politely take my future custom and Christmas shopping elsewhere where it may be appreciated. Environmental consciousness or camouflaged greed? Decide for yourself.

I ordered a book at 4.45pm on a Thursday and somehow it was on my doorstep at 7.30 am Friday morning! Someone in easons packing dept is very very efficient, an post obviously very efficient too! Book was cheaper than elsewhere also.

Always a very good service, prompt delivery, easy-to-use website. Today I accidentally ordered two items of a book and called Easons. I got straight through to a person who fixed the order and refunded me immediately. Such a nice, personal service. I like the loyalty card scheme as well.

It’s an absolute best option for buying books, stationery, toys like lego etc with a free delivery ! and next day everything arrived ! Super ..! will be back !

employee at stephens green, blonde hair early 20s. absolutely no help i asked if he could check the stock for an item because it wasn’t on the floor and he rolled his eyes and said “it’s whatever is on the floor” and i said can you check your stock wasn’t helpful at all and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. as i walked out his stared at me ripping the recipt out of the till and scrunching it in his hand. i also work in retail so understand but not a smile or not one bit accommodating. don’t ever write complaints but i am shocked to see this behaviour.

I order all my books and childs book from easons and never have a problem the delivery is fast.

Ordered a selection of books. Delivery was quick with An Post. Really well packaged. I appreciated that, thank you very much. Great job!

I do not recommend Eason.com at all, I bought 6 audiobooks (tonies) as a Christmas gift for my children and they never arrived. I wrote more than 10 times to consumer service, of which they responded only 2 times, without having any idea where the order is. My children were left without Christmas gifts and even as of today, 07/02/2024, they have not returned the money of the order, which was more than €100, nor have they given me any explanation, nor have they offered to send me the order again. They have directly ignored me.

Wouldn't shop on this website again, order cancelled due to no stock. Website stock levels inaccurate resulting in a disappointed 5 year old.

Easons games cheaper by online. I looked up price before going into store to pick up a game and was told by sales staff that a game that was €39.99 online was €49.99 instore.

They delivered a game I ordered less than 24 hours later.

Booked appt for ear wax removal, on the day. The staff were so helpful. I can not rate the service higher as it was first class. The advice I received was excellent.

The delivery service they use is absolute disgrace from any point of view. While promising to deliver in 7 working days within Europe (and Ireland I believe is still a part of it), they are struggling to do so in 17 working days. Just think about it when you are making an order.

Ordered 2 books with standard delivery and it came the next day. Good delivery and no damages to books.
