This is the worst car hire company…

This is the worst car hire company ever. They have had their name changed a few times and they charged me damage fees which were pre existing prior to me hiring it out. I am so glad I took photos before and after hire with them. Hired early October 22 and I am still waiting to hear back from the company and still waiting for my full refund of £1575. Wouldn’t recommend this company for charging innocent customers for damage to their vehicles. I would never use them again. The whole process was not user friendly at all.
