I purchased an Earn2Trade account on Sunday expecting to start trading immediately, as advertised. However, as of today (Tuesday), I still have not received the market data feed required to operate.
I have already contacted customer support, but the responses have been vague and unhelpful, with no clear timeline or resolution provided. I was simply told that there is no defined timeframe for activation, which is unacceptable for a paid service.
This situation is extremely frustrating, especially because the plan is based on a recurring subscription. I am effectively being charged for days in which I cannot use the service at all. So far, I have already lost 3 full trading days due to this issue, with no compensation or proactive solution offered.
This reflects a serious lack of organization and disregard for customers. When a company sells a service that depends on timely access, delays like this should be handled with urgency and transparency — neither of which has been demonstrated in my experience.
I expect Earn2Trade to take immediate action to resolve this issue, either by granting full access without further delay or by compensating the lost days in my subscription.
At this point, I am highly dissatisfied with the service and strongly reconsidering continuing with this company if the issue is not resolved promptly. I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company.
After subscribing to their service, I encountered technical problems that completely prevented me from using the platform. From the beginning, I've been trying to find a solution with their support, but all I receive are generic responses, requests for patience, and no concrete resolution timeline.
The most worrying thing is that, even with the service failure, the company doesn't provide a timeframe for a solution, claiming the problem is "under investigation," which has been going on for quite some time.
Given this, I opted to request cancellation and a refund, which the company itself offered as an alternative. However, I was surprised by another problem: I can't cancel the subscription myself because the account remains in "being created" status, completely blocking me from the system.
In other words, I'm prevented from using the service and also prevented from canceling—a totally unacceptable situation.
I've already informed support that I want immediate cancellation and a full refund, but so far I haven't received an effective solution, only vague answers and no concrete action.
Due to the lack of efficiency, transparency, and problem-solving, I am choosing to seek another company.
I leave this warning for other users: be careful when hiring them, because if there is a problem, the support team may not be able to resolve it quickly, and even cancellation can become a hassle.
I hope the company resolves this situation as soon as possible.

The prop form is really fine And most things are OK but this if I cannot Trade in a convenient environment on it ..., Since I'm in Asia I couldn't treat comfortably or in a convenient environment on Earn to trade and it seems like it's not only me who was having a problem and this problem only occurs when I want to connect Earn to trade To Ninja Trader, so when I connect to Chicago the chart keep loading for a long time and when it's Loaded the chart is always delayed to the real time data, So the support is always suggesting that I have to connect to the nearest server which is Hong Kong or Tokyo since I live in China, But when I do connect to Tokyo server The chart loads very fast and the data is real and not delayed But I got the main problem which is the root because there is none supported, so always my execution of orders God's rejected, I face the problem for two weeks trying to solve this problem with the proper support but I couldn't They always refer me Ninjatrader platform to ask for and the Ninja platform always refer me to my platform to ask for help and none of them is helping, In reality that the problem is earn 2 trade problem, Because It's only a server problem and not Ninja Trader problem
