Starting back in 1992 with a single man and their vision to source products that were once so hard to find, EYR’s founder Payman would go door to door asking educators what their daily struggles were, and coming up with solutions. Order has not arrived after 11 days and after enquiring was told it was due for delivery that day. They were going to look into it and ring back. Nobody did and when ringing again and leaving message still no contact.
I have now been asked for a review, what would you think!!
Delivery dilemma
The delivery driver was great and very accommodating. However, we ordered an Early Years drawer unit. One of the drawers broke within 10 minutes of it being in the room. The children were not rough in their handling of it.
In addition when we ordered, we emailed customer care department advising them of our opening times and when someone would be at our setting. I then followed this up with a phonecall to ensure the notes had been added to our order.
2 weeks later I get a call on a day when our setting is closed, from the delivery driver outside. One of my colleagues had to rush to setting, on her day off to collect the item.
Not the delivery drivers fault, the order form had no information about our opening times on it and actually specified a date when I informed them we were closed.
Low life illegal spammers
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM as they are pure Hormel and do not STOP

Easy to order
Easy to order. A great amount of resources available online. Delivery was quick, quicker than I antipated.
Disappointed
Made a big order some things came quickly others took over a week , disappointed with a few items one being very small for early years children message to send back and was told I had to pay for return! Some items seem very expensive for what they are and quite disappointed
Extremely disappointing!
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received.
We placed an order which unfortunately did not meet our requirements. As a result, we requested a return at the beginning of February. Since then, we have had to repeatedly chase the company for updates, as there has been a lack of proactive communication regarding the return process.
I also spoke with Leanne, the Sales Manager, and was very surprised by the tone of the conversation. I found her approach to be rude and confrontational, which is not the level of professionalism I would expect from someone in a managerial sales position.
Overall, the experience has been frustrating and time-consuming. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves both its customer service standards and its returns process going forward.
Order still not received – very poor customer service
I made a purchase in November 2025 and still have not received my order. I spoke to Leanne Hunter multiple times and sent several emails, yet nothing was properly followed up. Her communication was poor, unhelpful, and dismissive, and I was repeatedly left chasing for updates with no resolution. Months later, I am still without my order or a refund. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, and the whole experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Absolutely shocking customer from Leanne who is supposed to be a customer service manager?! Order the product 2 weeks ago and never recieved.i don’t believe the company has been going 20 minutes, never mind 20 years!
My advice would be avoid avoid avoid!!!

Never received & struggled to get refund
No delivery, no tracking received, when I asked for an updated the item was supposedly on its way back to them as I didnt accept delivery!! Except the day they supposedly tried to deliver i was home all day. When I asked for a refund was told id have to wait for it to be received back to them. Chased for refund to be told they still hadnt had it back. Ended up raising a dispute case with PayPal who closed the case in my favour & refunded me.
