Never received and

Never received, I ordered through eBay and eBay stated seller was away until a certain day which was fine as I wasn't in a hurry. Couple of days later after eBay stated he was going to be back I messaged and asked when they would be dispatched after multiple messages with no reply I asked to cancel. Surprisingly, I got a reply and the order was cancelled. My bother ordered the same stuff as me and they were dispatched 2 days before I message to cancel and he messaged him and he replied. He told me he was still away, completely talking rubbish.

End of the day if

Not the Strawberry plants I ordered

I ordered Colossus Strawberry plants in Feb. The plants arrived fine and as plugs it was hard to identify much. As they grew i was sure they were not Colossus. It was only when they started to flower in July, far too late to be Colossus that I could be sure they were Alpine Strawberries. Colossus are large berries, Alpine are small. I purchased on their Ebay site, herbsandedibies, emailed twice, they have not replied. Think I have been conned. In my email to them I did say I think it was a mistake now they do not reply I know it was not. I can supply order number to them to prove what I ordered.

The new baby arrived safely

The new baby arrived safely and in good health.
I'm referring to the little Monkey Puzzle tree which arrived well packed and protected and is now out in the rain waiting to be planted. recommended.

Dead plant received. Emails ignored.

My mum ordered a catnip plant from them online. Although the photo showed a lovely lush green plant, there was a small line of text saying that depending on the season, the plants may not always look like the photo. Fair enough. Mine arrived in November, and was what looked like a dead rootball. Mum was gutted. I emailed them and was advised by a chap called Spencer Davis that catnip is virtually indestructible and that it would come alive in spring. I was doubtful - and not daft. I'm a keen gardener and I know dead when I see it. Anyway, in giving them the benefit of the doubt, I planted it and kept it out of the frost until spring when I popped it outside in a sunny spot. 6 months later, it's still dead. It always was!!! I emailed them twice last month, asking if they'd be kind enough to refund my mum - she's very poorly and doesn't have a lot of spare cash. I have received not so much as a 'sorry' by way of reply. It wasn't an expensive plant - but the point is, they've taken money, from a vulnerable elderly lady, for a product that was dead when they sent it - and they've ignored my very polite emails for a refund. That's pretty rubbish by anyone's standards. Not cool at all. Won't be using them again and would urge everyone else not to - there are plenty other nice nurseries to choose from.

15 willow cutting branches…

I bought 15 willow cutting branches with the view of planting them in my garden to grow branches and leaves for my rabbits to eat. I’ve placed them all in water and currently have roots growing on 8 out of the 15 sticks. Hopefully the last 7 will root soon too, then I will plant them out once the weather has warmed up.
