I signed up for this service in February as I needed to change my driving test. The website says to expect a wait of a few days before an alternative date is offered, but it has been over two weeks, with no communication what so ever. I have emailed them 3 times to enquire about progress, but have heard nothing back. The deadline for changing my test is coming up in a week. I've definitely made the wrong choice with this company. I would strongly advise to avoid this company. It seems they are a scam.

Since posting my initial review, someone from the company finally got in contact with me. They apologised for the (total) lack of communication and for not providing me with any results. the person stated that in fact, it often takes up to 30 days to find an alternative driving test date. This is obviously a major fact that should be published transparently on their website to enable customers to make an informed choice. Their customer communication needs to be much more proactive as well. They have agreed to refund my money, hence me changing the review from 1 star to 2. I feel they still have a ways to go with how they run their business, however. They have a Premium service offering, which may get the bulk of service and attention, but if that is the case, they need to be honest about the true nature of their "Regular" (£19.99) subscription, which is the standard price that the competitor companies charge who appear to do it better. Better yet, do away with the tiered system altogether and just focus on the more expensive Premium service if indeed that's what they are capable of providing. In my experience, the service was terrible and a total waste of time and money.

Do not bother with this company. They send you emails for driving test cancelations however, when you go onto the gov.Uk website, the date they have given you is not available. I have reached out via email 5 times (no phone number) and got absolutely zero response or help

It's a scam. After I paid the money I never got a message or any reply to my emails...

I paid for them on 21/12/2022 and till now month. no one has managed me.

I paid £29.99 for the 'best' service but my son never got any notifications apart from an initial text message. An email that was purportedly sent got filtered out by Google spam. There was no method of checking the search criteria, and no feedback that a search was being undertaken. Emails were only answered with automated replies. The website didn't offer a phone contact ('since the pandemic'), but there were numbers on the email which I left messages on which were never returned. Eventually after I threatened to use Money Claim Online a refund was forthcoming, with an email reply 18 days after my original refund request. I feel they need to markedly improve their communications before they are worthy of any business.

I have left several messages with regards booking a test and no one has come back to me.
Your website promises that VIP membership allows customers to book more than one driving test if they have to cancel a test.
On this basis we entered into an agreement with your company. This now turns out to be a fraudulent misrepresentation, The Misrepresentation Act 1968, and it is now a matter that can be forwarded to the Trading Standards to investigate. Unless of course the information on the website is correct?

Ironically after seeing the other reviews I am recommending this company following an appalling experience with another much larger national company which totally failed to deliver.
My daughter used this company twice to get a cancellation and had absolutely no issues. The second time was after we had paid a large amount of money to another company to secure a quick retest which never happened. Within 2 weeks of registering she had been offered a new test date in 2 weeks time.
Her friend had also used this company and been given 2 cancellation dates for the same test within an equally short period of time.
There are levels within this scheme and we paid £30 for the highest level so maybe other customers went for the cheaper option. it may also depend on your location and how many test centres are available to you. We had put in an option of 4 test centres which would obviously increase the chances.

The company are deceptive and grossly irresponsible. I sent in several queries about my subscription but never got a response. After 3 months subscribing for their services, I never got a single notification for the services subscribed. I wonder why such a company are still allowed to trade at the expense of unsuspecting customers.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS THEY NEVER GET BACK TO YOU. THEY DO NOT REPLY TO YOUR EMAILS OR CALLS AND HAVEN'T COME BACK TO ME WITH A SINGLE SEARCH RESULT. I USED ANOTHER COMPANY CALLED DRIVING TEST CANCELLATIONS 4 ALL, THEY FOUND ME A TEST ON THE FIRST DAY BUT I DIDINT LIKE THE DATE SO THEY CARRIED ON SEARCHING AND WITHIN A FEW DAYS FOUND ME ANOTHER DATE WHICH I ACCEPTED.
THIS COMPANY HAS NOT EVEN REPLIED TO ME PHONE OR EMAILS. LOOK AT ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS. I MADE A MISTAKE AND DIDN'T CHECK THE REVIEWS BEFORE I PARTED WITH MY MONEY.

Appalling lack of communication. I paid them more than £50 and both times, my son's driving test was cancelled due to lockdown. I tried contacting them to come to some arrangement but they did not respond to texts/calls/emails or twitter. There is a fabulous alternative company I have just written a glowing review for.

I requested a refund 2 months ago but no response I then requested again a month ago still no response. They don't answer phone calls. Very bad customer service.

They claim their customer service line is open during 'normal office hours' from Monday to Sunday. THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've been trying to call them up numerous numerous times and every single time they say "Sorry we're not available to take your call at the moment". They never ever get back to you, I've sent them an email weeks ago and they STILL haven't replied to me. It as if they are non-existant. A scam company. They literally stole £29.99 off me, and I kept calling up asking for a refund but they never ever pick up the phone, or reply to an email. I've called them at 12PM on a Wednesday. Exact same situation. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!

Update on the below, I upgraded to the vip service and received a date about 5 days later. I did call to ask if there was a problem with my account as I thought there was an issue, that might have been the case. So in the end I did end up getting an earlier date.

Signed up with this service received two texts messages with dates, but sent around 6.30 am in the morning. Received these within the first two days and have not received anything following that, which was over two weeks ago.

Have tried calling the office multiple times and emailing but cannot get in touch with anyone.

Am still waiting to see if I get an earlier test date but currently I would not recommend this service at all. Please avoid.
