No Results, Poor Communication - Updated Review
I signed up for this service in February as I needed to change my driving test. The website says to expect a wait of a few days before an alternative date is offered, but it has been over two weeks, with no communication what so ever. I have emailed them 3 times to enquire about progress, but have heard nothing back. The deadline for changing my test is coming up in a week. I've definitely made the wrong choice with this company. I would strongly advise to avoid this company. It seems they are a scam.

Since posting my initial review, someone from the company finally got in contact with me. They apologised for the (total) lack of communication and for not providing me with any results. the person stated that in fact, it often takes up to 30 days to find an alternative driving test date. This is obviously a major fact that should be published transparently on their website to enable customers to make an informed choice. Their customer communication needs to be much more proactive as well. They have agreed to refund my money, hence me changing the review from 1 star to 2. I feel they still have a ways to go with how they run their business, however. They have a Premium service offering, which may get the bulk of service and attention, but if that is the case, they need to be honest about the true nature of their "Regular" (£19.99) subscription, which is the standard price that the competitor companies charge who appear to do it better. Better yet, do away with the tiered system altogether and just focus on the more expensive Premium service if indeed that's what they are capable of providing. In my experience, the service was terrible and a total waste of time and money.
