Took almost 3 months to receive. After multiple emails, I finally got a response. Then within that week I finally received them in the mail. Case did not hold charge, earbuds died after 20 min of use. Connection was spotty at best. Sent back for a warranty, cause they said I couldn’t get refund. I mailed to company and now the emails come back undeliverable and help site on Instagram has been deleted. So not only did I pay for a crap product, I sent it back and now have nothing to show for them!!

My earbuds took 66 days to arrive, and the tracking was terrible and laggy. I kept emailing them about it, and they would just say "that means your package hasn't been scanned yet" or that they used a different shipping courier. They never gave me answers or seemed to care and never said they would contact the shipping company like the first two. I asked for a refund after two months, and they said that they'd give it to me when they recieved the unopened package back. Even if the earbuds are good quality, they are definitely not worth the wait and terrible feedback you recieve.

DO NOT BUY! I would rate this item 0 stars if that was an option. Product has never worked reliably in first few weeks of use. The manufacturer won't offer me a refund and wants me to buy another new pair off them at a reduced cost. Expensive immitation, save your money, there are better and cheaper products out there!
