No sense of urgency; doesn't keep appointments and after he's been paid it's very hard to make one.
7 weeks after paying for an installation (20% more than initially quoted) I'm still waiting for him to complete the job. Every time the (too bright!) blue sensors light up I'm just irritated that I got this system. The trouble is you can't return an alarm system.
