Everything went as expected
Everything went as expected. I received a quote, printed my shipping label and mailed off my CD's, my package was delivered to the company and 3 days later the amount quoted went into my account. It was a good experience!

Rejects items as not authentic, but gives no reasons
EagleSaver rejected one of my items as not being authentic, but would not provide any details as to why. This is capricious and unfair, especially since the item was brand new and in its original plastic wrap when I bought it.
A link was included with the rejection message, allegedly leading to the company's standards for accepting items. However, it only gives a 404 error message.
