The worst company ever!! All of my Sims 4 expansion packs have disappeared that I have paid hundreds of $$$ for!
I cannot contact them at all! I go to fill out their ridiculous contact form and it won't let me hit the submit button.
Complete rip off!!!

If I had the chance to blow your buildings sky high I'd take it without a second thought. You thiefs are scumbags. The only decent game you've made in 15 plus years, is battlefield 6 and even with that there is still issues and reports of multiple players wrongfully being banned after spending $73.84 on your game. For the love of Jesus christ stop trying to make sports games. You clearly have no fucing clue on what you people are doing. 2k25, 2k26 both have ai issues where the opposing team is jus automatically always better than the ai on your own team. Which leads to frequently missed wife open shots, poor decision making for the ai on your players team. I am more than certain that steph curry is not missing 4 three point shots in a damn row. I really wish he would sue the hell out of you people for false information on what his stats look like in real life compared to a idea game that is supposed to be a take on real life basketball hence why you put real players with their stats in the game. You selfish,money grabbing, corrupt developers should be fired immediately because you people couldn't make a decent video game that has to do with a sport if your life depended on it. I am truly dissatisfied and disgusted with the content of NBA 2k25. No wonder it has 3 out of 5 stars on the playstation store ratings. That's okay. 2k26 is already getting poorly rated as well since its quite literally a copy and paste aside from the roster of course. I hope you get sued for false information, obstruction of purchased property from the seller themself, and continueing to develope video games that you know are not made with passion and care. When EA goes bankrupt will be the day that the video gaming industry as a whole, starts improving.

I hate you EA. I have just bought fallen order and have had to wait upwards of an hour and a half because your stupid app doesn't work. I don't understand why I can't use the same account for two steam accounts, so have had to make A NEW GOOGLE ACCOUNT just for your stupid app. Please get rid of it, it's basically malware. I hope you go bankrupt.

No customer support and ALL my games no longer launch. What's the point? They worked on Origin they now no longer work? WIN11 fully updated, Graphics fully updated - No bloatware etc, fully optimised clean system!

A trashy company with horrible business standards, allowing cheaters and exploiters to run rampant in their game so long as they pay the fee to play. If you try to report someone, they ignore it. You try to get an agent, your unable as all they use is an AI system that is unreliable and only around to try and avoid liability. It's a trash company that should have gone bankrupt 15 years ago.

Had bought the incorrect version of FC points through a third party company who would not refund me so I contacted EA to see if they would transfer the points over to my PlayStation account which they would not do so there are FC points sat there which cannot be used as I don't own the PC version.

Don't see why they can't transfer them over and the attitude from the advisor was disgusting.

The "new" EA App is still a mess and it's not improving at all. You download a game and it just says you need an active licence to run it. What? I downloaded it from my EA App library! How is it possible for it to be in my library and not having a licence for it in the same time?
Also, publishing nearly the same games year-by-year ("Fifa", F1, etc) for €50+, implementing brutal amount of in-game purchases in their games and publishing pure trash (like PvZ: Garden Warfare) is the proof they only care about money. They do not care about arts at all! They should change the company name to "Electronic Farts" at this point!

I wish I could give this 0 stars. Fifa used to be a decent game with some glitches and bugs but fc26 is full of bad gameplay, glitches, bugs...even on their companion app.
I suffer from Misophonia which means constant every day sounds effect me. E.g texting on a phone can trigger my symptoms. FC26 has a constant click during gameplay...not all the time but every few games the game constantly has a click playing in the background of a game. It sounds im flicking through the options turning different sliders up and down. Ive asked and asked for help from EA and ive not had a single reply. Its like they just dont care. I cant refund the game as ea wont reply. EA customer service is an absolute disgrace. I wish there were trading standards to crack down on this scam of a company

Terrible and unhelpful customer service. They are pretty useless and do not care to help you with any purchase that isn't brand new. Only care about money I guess and not their customers. Wish I could play my CD games without their useless app.

You’re telling me I have to spend 80 dollars on The F1 25 icon edition just to get the AXGP car skin for career mode instead of it coming in the 9 dollar dlc!!!!!!

Ea games sunset ( kill off ) popular games such as Real Racing 3 a high-quality racing game for a rubbish arcade road driving game, need for speed no limits ( full of money limits) Ea game should seriously rethink their actions killing Real Racing 3 before Christmas was a bad move and will different make people reconsider downloading anything Ea again or even purchase actual games, What Ea did with Real Racing 3 sure won't create popularity with your customers.

Would have given 0 star if possible. Bought the EA Sports FC Ultimate Edition, promising 6,000 FC points, in the end only got 4,000 points. I checked with their support, and they just replied my account is not entitled for any more content. No explanation given for the 2,000 missing points. Tried to get them to explain, they just ignored me. Total scam company. I would encourage everyone to boycott EA Games from now on. I certainly am doing so.

You guys need to do better at customer service! People pay too much and devote too much time to have to go through the rigmarole! All I wanted to do is deactivate an old EA account so I could use a new one since the email address for the old account was no longer in use! I am literally linked to the Playstation network and I am logged into the EA account on my PC, but I can't make changes! HOW DUMB IS THAT?!!!!!!!

Absolute money grub. They don’t care about the community. All they care about is filling up their pockets. Fc26 proves that completely. They have let go on fixing the game and the enjoyment for people and only focus is filling up their pockets with money. Typical FIFA; corrupt, arrogance, and a disgrace to society

I have requested a refund for fc26 on the 20th of December, the same day i have bought the game, waited until 1 week ago for the refund, sent them an email asking what should i do, no answer, and on my account it says case closed, but still no money refunded. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
