Banned for the crime of getting hacked

Somebody hacked my Apex Legends account a long long time ago. I appealed multiple times to get the ban lifted but they refused, despite admitting to seeing suspicious logins from other places. I secured my account, and my email, and since have had no more hacks. They still will not let me onto the game that I spent so much time AND money on. Ridiculous. Banned for forces outside of my control, despite having never breached the terms of use, and ZERO leeway for common sense in cases like mine where I have 0 history of hacking games and wouldn't even know where to start.

The person who spoke to me to handle my dispute was amazing.... but had no power over the fate of my account??? What is the point in that? You may eventually speak to a human if you go through the contact system, but in the end it is useless as they can do nothing to fix your account or disputes. It's whole customer service structure is basically an elaborate "go away" automated reply. It's been 3 years of me trying to get my account back. As if a hacker would go to that amount of trouble

Trying to get my money back for F1 2022…

Trying to get my money back for F1 2022 the game doesn't work it should had never been put on sale the vr is rubbish and jumping up and down error on multiplayer lobbies and the car stutters when driving unplayable they won't refund me on the game because it was purchased on steam no help at all no solution steams policy is over 2hrs game play and past 14days you don't get a refund now if I bought a physical copy in a store they would refund me but I did 6hrs of messing around trying to get it to work and asked for the refund and got a no I have owned the game for two days there should be some way of EA to intervene?

Lucky to one get one star

EA are appalling. Their customers service is sub-standard. Happy enough to dish out bans but fail to listen to appeals with any sort of rationale.
The people that work for EA lack any common sense and are completely unable to explain how they come to their decision.

Fifa transfer ban

Got a fifa transfer ban as they claimed I was distributing coins. I appealed the ban and they did not provide the data or a reason for the ban. I tried appealing again and they are saying that they have looked into it already so the case is closed. I imagine their employees are too lazy to look into cases so they just click a button to deny the appeal.

Terrible company

Terrible company , do not support them by purchasing games.
I have bought loads of FIFA games including 2021 and 2022. Recently my account was hacked I lost the ability to log in on my phone to the transfer market saying user name and password not recognised. Never thought anything of it and logged in properly through my plastron maybe 4 weeks later. When I got logged in I had to update my password and add a new email which was odd. When I seen the email associated with my account it want mine so I quickly changed it all and set a new password. I logged in to ultimate team and every player I had that was sellable had been sold !! The whole team gone. I contacted EA for help and all they have done is suspend my ability to trade players on the app on my phone. So punished me for being hacked. Emailed them very politely looking for help and to have the restrictions removed which they have said no to due to devices logging in to my account that aren’t supported … I don’t even understand what’s that means but it’s what ever the hacker has done not me. I feel angry with them it’s like speaking to a brick wall. They make good games but they are a bad company be prepared for very unhelpful replies if you ever have a problem.. they are a money Making machine that do not care who their customers are.

Awful company

Awful company, and even worse customer service. I will never buy anything from this joke of a games publisher again. All they want is to make money and don't care in the slightest about the people who play their games. They also can't stand any criticism that is levelled against them .

Constantly broken

Just for anyone who can't play because you can not verify your account on any platform, the problem is with origin. You have to reset your account every year because EA loves having broken system and the problem has been recurring since at least 2014 and they refuse to fix it.

This bans you from all EA titles you may have purchased losing you progress on not just 1 but all your games.. losing all paid content and progression across multiple titles..

These companies are eating us alive laughing at us whilst we can barely earn a living enough is enough stop using EA.

Truly morally bankrupt company

Never, ever, ever, ever buy any games for Origin or EA desktop. They treat you like you're sub-human. Their reporting / banning system is tremulously unfair and you can find yourself banned out of the blue.

Once you are banned, you are banned from playing that game, online or offline, BUT, not just that game, YOUR ENTIRE EA GAME LIBRARY.

In simple terms, you own noting you buy digitally with EA, you are only leasing it until the time EA decide they want to take it away from you.

Do not give any companies like this any money, ever. They are truly one of the most despicable, soulless companies on the planet.

Dont risk your money with this company.

absoloutely terrible company, 50 pound for a new fifa every year just for it to be the same thing or worse also the customer service is awful and told me a solution to fix fifa but then it ruined my computer and had to pay for a new one smh
