Trust Carl ! I've heard from many people who paid 5x more for lawyers putting together applications that failed on the 1st attempt. Ours was successful first time, I got the sense at the interview that the officer had everything he needed to approve it was just a formality.

I have not received my invitation for an interview yet but hopefully any day now. Carl has been very helpful, approachable and available when needed.

Hire a lawyer instead.

They didn't provide a good service. The entire process was too long and confusing (I am not referring to the embassy times - these are out of their control). They didn't take a week to prepare the package as they promise when you hire them, they took several weeks. In the end, they basically prepared a couple of pages that were generic snippets as a way of introduction and they compiled the documentation that I provided together in one single file. They didn't even customise the template properly for my specific case.

Had I known - I would have done it myself in a few days and avoided the big delays. But again, it wasn't clear what they would prepare and what I had to prepare, even though I asked.

Also, not good immigration advice provided. They inform you upfront that they are not lawyers, but they are supposed to have good understanding of these types of visas to provide useful advice. Not accomplished.

I would recommend that you hire an immigration lawyer - even if you have to pay higher fees. It would be money well spent.

I will end up ALSO paying a lawyer after having lost 6 months in the process.

Carl was amazing. If you've been declined for entry via esta and B1 and want gain entry to USA, you need this firm. They are not lawyers(who would charge the earth and never correspond with you) they are immigration specialists, that specifically know the USA immigration system inside out.
