I bought 1 year licence but not yet activated. Tickets raised no revert, i tried support mail from play store it's also bounced. Ticket #513600
Unable to login - Error Login failed, frequently used email.

I've re subscribed 1 year with your service when i found that you are accepting paying by Credit Cards, and after that I've discovered that most of the servers are down, and I've tried to download links for DD-WRT Setup but they are not valid links.
Opened ticket #385398 since 15th of May, 2010 with no response until now.

Works as far as I can tell. However, the android app does not let you pick security settings, does not have a "kill" switch, and stops if you close the app. I also can not use it on more than one device at a time, even after making a "team." Fix these and you get five stars.

I have been a customer of e-vpn for over a year now. The service has always been 5* from the actual ease of using the VPN to customer support. HOWEVER, the service has now ceased and I have been unable to use for over 2 weeks now. I have emailed customer support and opened a ticket with no response. I note the website is still active and are still advertising this service. AVOID !!!!

No one is replying to my inquiries as it is not working now for 6 days after paying 12 months subscription.

Got the 1 year subscription for only $12, which is very cheap.
It gets into BBC iplayer which is the main reason i use a VPN.

I would recommend this service, very affordable with many locations.

I have been using their service for a few months for light things like movies, email etc... My main purpose of using a VPN is an additional security layer in dealing with various internet threats.

In direct dealings I must say I never encountered such a friendly, accommodating and personal service from a VPN company. And yes there are many ... .

I hope e-vpn will steadily grow as an entity, but not outgrow my positive experience I’ve had so far.

A severe problem with connectivity was solved. 1 star less because it took long time to solve (3mth).

Excellent value VPN. Although only just signed up for a month at a time, the ease of use, speed and quality is already convincing me to change to six monthly before my first month expires. A very minor glitch with payment options was very quickly resolved and the Amazon Firestick App was extremely easy to download and was working within a few minutes. Thanks e-VPN.

Good affordable VPN service, support is quick to respond to all tickets and are very happy to help out as a non techy person.

This is the quality and value for money VPN available. I looked at them over several hours of searching and is by far the cheapest.

Here is thing. App is in developing stage , hence small quirks here and there are present , but nothing of major concern. Beside that windows version is already in V3 , so things are definitely getting better …

Regarding speed , I am in totalitarian country, and is pioneer in blocking internet and content , and evpn is among few that actually works , speed is not great , just good enough… but I don't complain, every VPN would struggle (if they even work )…

And lastly , great developer… good support , definitely would recommend…

Excellent VPN, extremely simple to use. I've never had any issues, all possible connections are always up. Blocks ads when I've used it with Windows & Android. Happy with where my money has gone.

Only thing - I would like to have a username, not an ID

Almost a year and I cannot fault this company. The VPN service is reliable, fast and easy to use. Works much better than previous companies I've tried.
Has so far worked 100% on all UK services from BBC to Amazon and beyond. Seems all in all like a reputable company delivering an excellent service, one which they seem to be constantly working on improving even more.
