High quality products, speedy delivery. Very comprehensive, helpful information on the website.
Postage & packing was slightly extortionate considering the very light weight & small sized items. These could easily have been sent by Royal Mail reducing the cost of an independent courier.

Delivery could've been a little smoother
DPD said they were expecting the parcel then that it had been cancelled. I sent email to e-magnets and got a reply within an hour or so with delivery information ... and the delivery arrived as expected. The magnets are top notch too. Rather over-packaged I might say though!
