We did a dolphin watching + wildlife tour this morning. The crew were very good but we did not see a single dolphin. I appreciate that there is no guarantee of sightings but for the price of the tour one would expect that the company would be aware of the various locations of the dolphin pods.
Misleading advertising. I was overcharged, and despite Courtney advising me it would be sorted out, they later refused to correct it. They advertised child price for 5-15yr olds, and adult for 16+, however they charged me adult price for a 15 year old. I
provided evidence of age, but they wouldn't even reply to my emails after that.
Update: since posting this the company has now been in contact and refunded the difference between the child and adult ticket.
My experience with E-Ko Tours was just amazing!! The respect they have for the animals are fantastic and was the main reason I chose them for my dolphin swim. When we got on the boat it only got better! The farther and son who ran the tour was so sweet and helpfull with everything (including naming all wildlife we saw) and also the atmosphere on the boat was fun and cosy.
We got to see different dolphins and seals and portpoises and we swam with the dolphins twise! I can not say it enough, It was an amazing experience!! - Cheers from Denmark!!
