First class service. Very satisfied.
The engineer explained clearly what he was going to do to investigate and resolve the problem. He updated us on his progress at each stage of the process, talking us through the stages in a courteous and easily understood manner. On completion, everything was left clean and tidy. Found the representatives excellent very reassuring couldn’t complete the job first time needed an extra person arranged time for following day .
