Plumber was here on time and made the repairs very quickly really pleased

Job was completed very efficiently and I’m very happy with it.

Very happy with service, plumber was very quick to source problem, came back next day to fit new toilet pan. I bought. Dyno plumber fitted it in a hour no mess, no issues. quick, clean and efficient. Would use and trust Dyno again.

Sorry I didn't catch the plumber's name but he really deserves a pat on the back. He arrived to fit a replacement tap in our kitchen which should have been pretty straightforward but that turned out not to be the case and he was faced with an extremely awkward job. Despite this he kept his good humour and was very helpful and courteous throughout. He completed the job efficiently and tidily and we very much appreciate his efforts.

False advertising. Advertising 24/7 but when I phoned I was told it wouldn't be until 8am that they would come out.

The worst company ever if they come out to "fix" issues. We had water leaking through the tundish of our hot water system. They misdiagnosed the cause of this and we ended up with water pouring though our ceiling!
The expansion vessel had lost charge and was full of water causing water to discharge through the tundish. The guy that came out took the quick option and instead of checking the expansion vessel he said it was just a valve needing replaced and nothing to worry about.
1 week later water was pouring through our ceiling due to the vessel bursting. If he had checked it the week before he would have discovered it needed charged and it could have been fixed.
They are saying it is nothing to do with them and they don't call back when they say they will.
Shocking customer service.
Avoid at all costs!!

Had a leak and needed a water tank repaired. The tank was extremely awkward to get to but Stevie managed to get it down single handed and do the repairs. It was a big job for one man but he did well. He completed the repair, put the tank back up and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Very tidy and nice man.
Very pleased with the service.

John the plumber was absolutely fantastic he explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it, he was professional and clean, he was very knowledgeable and I think he was brilliant

Have used dyno before and was very pleased with them .This is why I used them to renew my bathroom tap.Job was well done very efficient can highly recommend them.Very clean job .

Useless! They were contracted by my insurance company to come out for emergency internal burst pipe. I have ben ringing them, leaving messages requesting update.
Its now two days with water and heating shut off and electrics all compromised by water dripping through ceiling still.
Turns out that Dyno- plumber decided to cancel their agreed contract but not to tell anyone!
Way to go Dyno-P!umber, leave a disabled woman with no water, electric or heating and damages co tinui g because you were too use!ess to carry out a contract, bother communicating with me or the insurance company.
Would not recommend them at all!

JOHN your engineer informed us what the repair entailed. So that we did not need to worry about the job.
Excellent worker so clean tidy took care of our property, was wearing protective shoe coverings to save my carpets etc.
He carried out the work with precision. Checked &rechecked for leakage sent me pictures of the job thru the various stages for my insurance company as they requested b4 and after pics. Also made a short video which showed how thorough he was in his work Brilliant. Peace of mind that your in good hands well done Dynorod your engineer was excellent.

Helpful and efficient throughout. Work carried out on time, as agreed and at a good price too. A very positive experience overall. I will definitely return to Dyno in future.

Hi guy came our, was friendly, He couldn't help as really need a Comby boiler as its an old system but his advice was great and he knew his stuff

After a late cancellation yesterday plumber arrived within timescale and carried out repair quickly and efficiently.

Second time this year I’ve used this service Both times staff took the time to properly identify the problems explain what was needed and the costs and very quickly sourced the parts needed. Did a very good job. Can’t fault the people or the service.

Excellent service. Difficult job as plumber had to go under ground floor of old sandstone house to find and repair leak. Mission accomplished with a smile!
