Callum from Dyno-Rod came to help with a blocked external drain. It turned out to be a bigger issue and Callum thoroughly investigated and explained next steps so we know what to expect. Callum was great today, really quick and efficient. He was polite and friendly and he cleared the blockage within about 5 minutes! Also got a call giving me an estimate time which was really helpful. Also gave me some good advice to help prevent issues in the future
