Called dyno-rod as my emergency home cover had left us without a toilet. They were here within the hour and sorted our problem out. Would definitely recommend

Dyno-Rod Kenny P. arrived in good time and got to work on our blockage straightaway. When it became obvious the job would take longer than had been booked by the call centre, instead of taking a sharp intake of breath & telling us we'd need to rebook (as we've had other engineers in the past do!) , he got on the phone and just extended our call-out time.

He kept us updated during the visit and went above and beyond to not only clear the blockage we'd called about, but to find out what may have been causing it as well, and once he had, he contacted other departments to get the issue solved for us completely.

Professional, friendly and efficient, he's a real credit to Dyno-Rod!

Connor and Harry arrived exactly on time and began work immediately. It was a messy job but both were cheerfully polite and smiling throughout.
They persisted until they located the source of the problem and then fixed it!! Delighted and relieved.

I can’t praise Kenny P highly enough. We had a rat problem that needed a CCTV survey of our drains completing. Kenny P arrived and explained the process fully. He identified the issue and showed me on the video where the issue was and advised courses of action. He took time to explain everything and was really thorough.Highly recommended, quick and thorough service.

I can’t recommend Dyno-Rod highly enough. Lee and Kieran have been amazing. Their attention to detail, knowledge and skill made what turned out to be a huge job fixing a burst water pipe stress free. I couldn’t believe how well they made good the work when they had finished too. Huge thanks to Lee for explaining everything 🙂

We recently had a problem with a blocked back yard drain in the toilet. The manager Brian and the two lads who came out to resolve the problem were fantastic. Quick and efficient.
