LOST 144£, DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY
I’ve known about how well known the brand is in Brazil and USA so found the UK website so bought leggings ,sports bra and a jumpsuit.
When the parcel came the size was wrong, the leggings had a hole on it and so did the jumpsuit, sent an email to them and nobody ever replied so I called them few times explaining the issue and asking where to send it back, was instructed to pay for it and they would pay back and to send through Royal Mail 2nd class.
After I sent had to chase them to find out that apparently they didn’t receive it and that I had to provide a tracking number, but the catch is that 2nd class doesn't track throughout the journey so i had none apart from the receipt, They told me that I had at least to prove I sent to their adress so they could do something about it,
Later I received a confirmation letter from royal mail proving that I sent to the right adress and they didn’t specify if was sent and they never got or whatever happened.
So now my situation is : I have proof Ive sent to them and of course they can’t prove they didn’t get it, I’ve done all that They instructed me.
Replied with the royal mail proof a week ago and to this day no response whatsoever.
