The wooden handle of the lamp is damaged. It was however very well protected in the package so I think it was damaged before being sent. What a pity !

I ordered product from the Netherlands and was delighted that shipping went really quickly and tracking of delivery visible from beginning to end.

We didn’t receive our command
We didn’t receive our command, apparently it takes a lot of time!!!???
So we are very worried if it will arrive in time because starting tomorrow we will change address and we don’t know how to proceed. Searched on internet for a telephone number of DHL in France but couldn’t find it. So please help us!!!
I can only give you a good rating if I have received my command on my new address.
Finally the 29th december we did received our command. Before that Design Your home has contacted us, which was very nice of them. The command was in good order, therefore I changed rating. Although it took more than a month to receive the command.

I ordered a beanbag from them and it came a little later than expected. Apparently they had some kind of delay in the warehouse so it came about 6 days later than they say it would take. But I'm still very satisfied with the beanbag. I ordered it for my Husband as a birthday gift and he loves it! I saw that they also have a dog bed and I think I ight actually get that too.

I ordered 2 Beanbags for my kids and…
I ordered 2 Beanbags for my kids and they looove it! They now refuse to sit on the couch and will drag their bean bags into the living room so they can watch their movies. These are definitely great bean bags.
