No wrapping paper, no response to any emails. Totally poor service. Ordered personalised wrapping paper for daughters 21st and didn’t come on time so waste of money

Ordered two personalised sheets of wrapping paper late on 28th Nov arrived 7th Dec. Dyefor emailed when they dispatched
Excellent quality, very pleased, no problems, would use again

I still haven’t received any updates about this order and I’ve contacted customer service more than several times.

I bought this item 29th November and there has been no updated since then I need it but Saturday 14th

Absolutely inlove with the phone case I bought! After problems with Royal Mail they offered to send a new one straight away however it ended up coming and I am absolutely over the moon, if I could give more than 5 starts I would! Highly highly recommend!!

Absolute rubbish
I bought a iphone 16pro case and ipod case. Both of them don’t fit!! The iphone case is customised with a name on it, so it’s non refundable.
The ipod case kept falling off and the iphone case keeps pressing the side buttons, so i can’t use the side buttons at all. Also i can’t switch off the screen because one of the buttons is pressed 24/7.
It costs £19.99 +£9.99 respectively.
I bought a random iphone case for £8 on Amazon with way better quality, at least it fits my phone !!

Ordered 9 days ago and contacted to find out where order was. Was told it would be delivered by Friday and it’s Saturday and still nothing. “Henry” hasn’t responded to my last message. Complete waste of time and money.

I emailed them told them to cancel my order cos of reviews so glad I gave them a chance my phone cases are beautiful

Fabulous paper perfect for that extra bit of specialness. The range of paper to personalise is fantastic. After a first hiccup on order, Henry stepped in to ensure all my order was present and correct and reached me within 2 days.
The personalisation touch and product range is great. Recommend.

Ordered a suitcase for daughter's birthday, £130. Site implied 2 day delivery - 2 weeks and still nothing. Website, email, livechat, and links give you the runaround. Avoid this site like the plague!

Loved the personalised phone case we received, and it is great quality. It hadn't arrived on the date we expected so contacted Dyefor and got reassurances that it would he dispatched in the next 24hours, which it was. Was sceptical after reading some reviews but I have to say all ended well and I would order again.

I accidentally put the wrong phone case size and Henry was able to change it it with no questions asked and was so helpful! so glad he was so nice and was able to do it all for me! thank you so much

Fabulous service- I needed the banner quite urgently and Henry kindly obliged by ensuring it was posted out swiftly! Excellent packaging. The quality of the banner paper was excellent and the images I uploaded looked so good! Would definitely recommend! 😊

DO NOT ORDER shocking company no contact whatsoever ever 10 days of waiting for daughters wrapping paper spent over £30 to personalise it all for her and nothing her birthday tomorrow and no paper or dispatch!! Other reviews are total lies and made up! AVOID

Excellent customer service! I ordered personalised wrapping paper and estimated a few days for production and then 2-3 days with Royal Mail. I got a bit worried when I'd not had a dispatch email and contacted them offering to pay extra for next day by 1pm delivery. They apologised for the delay with dispatch, orders had been high and they were a bit behind. They offered to dispatch that day with next day delivery at no extra charge. The paper was beautiful, very good quality, the recipient was thrilled and I've never had so many nice comments from everyone.

Just amazing! Will most definitely be a returning customer! After reading the information incorrectly in the website after placing an order, I thought I was going to have to cancel but after getting in contact with customer support, a very friendly gentleman (Henry) was able to rectify the issue for me going above and beyond with no hesitations and was able to process my order, making sure I would receive it on time! Henry has made my sale fantastic! He answered all my questions before purchase, which was a difficult question but with the answer he provided, made me purchase, I then couldn't remeber if my order was correct which he then kindly checked and it was just providing my order number! Very happy and fantastic customer support, also told me roughly when I should receive my product!

Ordered a phone case (which looks fab) for my daughter’s birthday, and was simply enquiring about a delivery date as was hoping it would come in time. They answered my query almost immediately and very kindly offered to post the product that day with 24 hour delivery! So kind of them and such a great help. Will absolutely be ordering again.
