Good service and product, less quality package
Easy to order, fast delivery, fine cigars. Only point of attention is quality of the wooden boxes in which the cigars are packed. The lit is falling of all the time. In one case even in the unopened cardboard packaging, resulting in loose cigars amidst the protective foam flakes.

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. The cigars were shipped in nothing more than a simple bag, with almost no protection whatsoever. Unsurprisingly, they arrived in very poor condition, with damaged wrappers and discoloration. Cigars require proper handling and packaging, and this shipment clearly received neither. Very careless and unacceptable.

I am very dissatisfied with this…
I am very dissatisfied with this purchasing experience.When the goods arrived, there was no humidity‑control measure inside the package at all. Most of the cigars are as dry as sticks.The aluminium‑tubed Romeo No.3 cigars are even mouldy.
I cannot even confirm whether these cigars are still fit for smoking
