I paid for two orders 1630 and 1636 last APril 17 2025 for destined rivals. I have tried contacting the seller atleast 100 times on all possible platforms : markplaats, cardmarket, online refund form, contact form but I never got a single reply. I am just frustrated at this point and gonna take legal action because this behavior is not acceptable

I preorder a Riftbound booster box and paid it after confirm with him that he had it on stock. Almost 20 after the release no news from him and the website down. I tried to reach him by email, social media etc and no answer. Looks like he scammed 120€ from me. At this level I would just appreciate a refund but If I don't receive any news I will comunicate to the police.

After being ignored for over a month requesting Information on my Order #1872 of Riftbound I am leaving this Review here. Maybe you reply here. Refund my Order in the stated time period mentioned in the E-Mail or I will take legal steps.
I am extremely disappointed with DutchTCG. I placed an order of approximately €1,100 for Riftbound, paid by bank transfer, and I never received the goods.
Since then, I have tried contacting them multiple times and they simply do not reply.
I will wait a few more days for a concrete answer and a full refund of my order. If nothing happens, I will report this case to the competent authorities to recover my money.

I have ordered a case of OP13 and have not received anything. So Rick just send my a refund for my case. I really do not want to go thorugh the trouble of suing you as there are already plenty of other people doing so. My Order is #1962. Just send me the money back, I know you dont have any product

Seeing the reviews here, i am afraid i got scammed. Looking into legal action right now. Filed in an official police report.
Horrible experience. I have preordered riftbound and nothing has been shipped or even at least given an update. The store is radio silent whole until that point they were very chatty. Turns out that he owes a lot of money for 2 years now but still accepts orders like nothing is going on. I have reported a police report as this is fraud.
No replies to emails, no updates regarding packages. Website seems to be taken down. This feels like a scam. Im giving him untill the end of the week or im taking legal actions.

It seems the store is no longer using Stripe and only accepts payments via IBAN (which will help further to identify him). I've already filed a form with the authorities with all the information collected so far from payment platforms, etc...
Complete scam. The guy is called Rick Mullenders for those that want to go to the police to file a claim. I urge everyone to do it. Also on Instagram contact every person that has had contact with Dutchtcg to let them know what kind of a person they hang around

If you have already made an order, send the store an email demanding a refund. Then wait a few days. The store will most likely never respond, if they do, DO NOT fall for his excuses of why your order hasn’t shipped yet, they are LYING! After you have waited a few days, issue a chargeback ASAP with your payment card provider. And attach the proof of the email you sent demanding a refund. Then after around 2 months the chargeback should be successful.
