Really happy

The backpack is really nice, just what I was looking for. Now I can bring enough food for work, laptop and work stuff and also clothes for the gym en shoes.

Also the service was very friendly

Due to bad weather and probably a small…

Due to bad weather and probably a small mistake by the DHL pick-up point the suitcase went missing but thanks to the kind help of Willem it eventually surfaced. So five stars for customerservice.

BIG MISTAKE

I’ve paid €100 for this suitcase.
BIG MISTAKE!
Even before packing we noticed the zipper ripped open. We fixed it or at least we thought it was fixed, cause while on vacation with a half packed suitcase the outside zippers ripped open again, the wheels are squeaky and get chipped and the handle can’t be pushed in fully anymore. I’ve had better quality suitcases from Primark.

Super suitcase and even better service

Super suitcase and even better service! I have used the case a lot in a short time and am very satisfied with the looks of it and the space within. However I had a small problem with the zipper and the rod. After one email of me, the company send me a new suitcase, without any discussion. Happy cumstomer!
