I have been screwed around by an assortment of online casinos. Most online casinos pretty much want a DNA sample and ALL of your information for " verification purposes" yet they'll take your money absolutely any way possible. Dunder actually amazed me with how fast and easy it was to receive my withdrawal. I had finally won a decent amount ( $200 for me is decent ) I attempted to withdraw the funds, expecting to get the usual run around most online casinos give you, " have to review your winnings, takes 3 days, all your documents have to be sent in, and if the place actually ends you your withdrawal....it takes FOREVER! Dunder had my withdrawal in my bank account via e transfer in under 2 hours!!!! 100% true story! I've been robbed by many sites and to finally find a gem like dunder is amazing! Thank you Dunder.

Only negatives I have is can take a while for withdrawals to process and a lack of any real bonuses or incentives, I've found their games and return to players very fair and reasonable won a good bit quite a few times overall very good experience , good selection of games too and easy to navigate menus

Dunder Casino has a wide variety of games and not just slots, but their live Casino has so many options too. Customer service has always been prompt and efficient and I've never experienced such efficiency when it comes to support and payments(withdrawals)

I am beyond disappointed in this site.. heard they were worth a shot.. so I tried it as I needed some vouchers to buy some things online for my son and I. Fast forward to 3 days later and numerous emails.. Ummm you handled my first transaction just fine but yet I order more and you want verification and more.... even when I have already paid for it and its went through already

I have not had any troubles playing at Dunder and have gone through verification processes and taken out my wins without issue. I especially like dealing with Luke the VIP account manager. I won some money, I tried to withdraw it and had to jump through hoops to do that. Verified every single thing they asked. Put back some money into playing and withdrew some no problem and then tried to withdraw the rest 2 days later, received email saying deposit was on its way. That was end of Oct. They said deposit was made,provided me with arn # to give to bank, after lots of back and forth, bank tells me there's no money deposited. I go back to Dunder, and noe they want an email from bank, in PDF form, with arn # saying such. So I did just that. This is over a period of 2 months because they do not communicate via email very often. They then investigate on their end...they come back with.....money was deposited, e's arn #...please give to bank with request to find funds. ...? Isn't that what I just did for the last 2 months??! they do not like to pay out and they just run people in circles. But I'm not a big spender so they don't care. No scruples, I will keep my money local for now, and stick with a legitimate place of business

So the site and all looks nice, but its almost always something wrong. So my experience on dunder has 2 sides. Yes the site looks nice, but for the first its a 2$ fees for deposits with creditcards. And i currently have a withdrawl of some money and i have been waiting 2 days and 18 hours and still nothing. They claim to have a 3 days MAX withdrawl time. Its my first timw trying to withdrawl from the site and it dosent look good. Im still waiting on my money and when im contacting support i suddenly getting this from them "During a routine check, our security team has decided to check up on your withdrawal request in a four-eyes process. Please have a little bit more patience." And when im asking for how long they wont asnwere me. This review stands as it is untill i recive my money. The withdraw is currently for 160 euro so if a casino cant pay that out, it a no go from me.

Worst casino ever. This one and their sister casino Casumo are both same crocked company. I made a withdrawal took them days and was keep contacting the customer service and they were saying they are very busy and we cant process your withdrawal just yet and this is after 4days of my withdrawal being in pending then they rejected my withdrawal and they told me it's not wagered enough this is after 4 days. Thru will try any tricks to avoid paying out.
