Hit or miss. I have absolutely loved some things but the Women's Buck Naked Bralette I just received was terrible. Really flimsy, no support bought it for my daughter and she was not happy. Waste of money.

The pants aren't the right size.shipping was fast. Returns not so many easy I bought 2 pants and they came smaller than the normal size.i returned. And it took almost a month to get my money back and the charge me 7.99 the for returned pant so I paid 16 dollars for nothing. I hope they get broke.
Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Spent 200 bucks on 2 pair of pants as a birthday gift. They have shipped the item twice and still nothing. Even paid 25 dollars on 2 day shipping. Only answer i can get is your package is on its way. Tracking number says carrier does not have package. Poor customer service. Will not order from Duluth again.
Duluth Deleted My Account
On 9/22/2024 I attempted to place an online order at Duluth Trading Company's website but couldn't log in. I got a message stating incorrect username or password. But it was correct. Then I attempted to reset the password using the "Forgot Password" link. I tried the link several times. But I never received the email to change my password. Thus, the account was deleted by Duluth, probably in the fall-out from the Newell Brands acquisition. Goodbye Duluth Trading, it was nice knowing you.
Fraud
I ordered a pair of overalls on sale for $45. After two weeks and no shipping notification, I contacted them and was told my order was canceled due to them selling out with no idea when they would restock. Less than 24 hrs after I received this information I got an email advertising another "sale" where the same overalls, same size, which supposedly were "sold out" were now $60. Again, I messaged support, asking why I'd been given incorrect information, pointing out this was fraud. They took several days to respond, but stated if I called a particular number, they'd put a note on my account and I could get the overalls for the original sale price. When I called, however, I was told the overalls were (shocker) sold out, even though I could find them and add them to my cart full price online. I reached out to email support again, they said they would put a note on my account so that I could get a different color pair for the same price but I had to call the number again. I called yet again. I was told they could not honor the original price for any other pair and the original pair was still sold out and I was given misinformation from email support. I could now purchase a pair for $90. I reached out again to email support asking for someone to please help me, which they have ignored. I have now wasted around 2 hours of time trying to get Duluth to honor a sale they made to me. Ridiculous. Happy to share screenshots of all this correspondence with anyone interested.
Uses USPS to ship
Good products but way overpriced. They like to use the USPS for shipping. It takes forever to receive an order; you cannot track it. It averaged 10 to 14 days to finally receive orders. Customer service is pleasant but unable to resolve issues. Love their stuff but will not order online from DTC again.
On line ordering and shipping…the worst
While I like certain of their products and have worn them for years, the on line ordering system is the worst of any on line retailer I have experienced. I guess those who really know what they are doing (Amazon) have me spoiled. It has been 6 days since I ordered and paid to include shipping costs and still cannot get any shipping information. I’ll have to find an alternative.

Their online store is a scam. I placed an order. It was supposed to be delivered in 10 days. I get an update 2 days later saying it was delivered. It was not. The post office didn't receive it. Pitney Bowes lost it and just marked it as delivered. When I contacted Duluth, the only option to fix it was to pay for another order. I said no but they did it anyway. They charged me twice for an order I never received. Complete scam.
I've been buying the long tail t-shirts…
I've been buying the long tail t-shirts for my husband for years. The last t-shirts are of poor quality, very thin material, about half the weight of the older shirts. I will not be purchasing again.
I've seen reviews regarding the sizing, learned long ago to purchase one size down. Husband normally takes an XL but with these T's I purchase a X and size works great. Just wish the material was a better quality.

Quality products (comparable to LLBean, Lands End, Eddie Bauer, REI, Carhart) at great sale prices. Very comfortable and generous in cut for active lifestyles. They have clothes that cover you modestly... no yank tanks are the only tanks I will wear gardening. No cleavage or behind showing!!!
Have had their flannel shirts for over 10 years and they still look good, no buttons off or seam problems. The armachillo hoodies are also great for outdoor work - keeping you cooler, SPF50 and with the hoodie, no bugs around your face!
Never had to return anything and have always gotten confirmation emails. I have only had great experiences with Duluth and love the quality of their products.
Preauthorization hold
On 7/7/24 I purchased several items from Duluth. They immediately charged my debit card for 170.08. On 7/7/24 a 28.80 was then deducted from the 170.08 for one of the purchased items. Now a pending charge of 141.28 remains on my card. On 7/8/24 a 35.99 is deducted from my debit card and not subtracted from the 141.28 causing my debit card to be overdrawn. I spoke with Duluth and my Debit card company several times regarding this issue with representatives assuring me the corrections will take place at end of business day. They state they are escalating this to accounting dept to remove the hold from my debit card. This statement was made from 7/8/24-7/11/24. Then on 7/10/24 a 105.29 was charged to my account depleting my debit card for the whole 141.28. Upon once again emailing and speaking with agents they assure me problem will be resolved by afternoon of 7/11/24.
The email agent of course blames my financial institution and states they have to lift the pending charge.
This practice is ridiculous. I now have to wait until 7/15/24 for the 141.28 pending charge to be added back to my debit card per my financial institution.
Be aware of this policy and ask questions about preauthorization holds with this company.
One of the best companies is now the worst
Duluth Trading Company has lost a 25yr loyal customer. I don’t know what has happened to turn this place into an unreliable company selling inferior products with extremely poor customer service, but after all the money I’ve spent with them over the years I’m stunned at how terrible they are now. Been buying t-shirts, underwear, and jeans from them for years. I have purchased at least 30 t-shirts from here with no complaints, the 4 I received recently are 3” shorter than before, so I won’t be buying them again. Decided to give them one last chance and ordered some armachillo shorts. Did not receive a confirmation email. Waited over a week, did not receive an email with tracking information so I called customer service. CS told me the items have shipped, and gave me 2 tracking numbers, one for FedEx and one for USPS. Waited another week, still no delivery. Tried the tracking numbers I was given, system did not recognize these as valid. Called CS again, and was told “I don’t know why you were given those numbers, they are incorrect” CS confirmed that my order was scheduled for delivery in just a couple of days. Received package 3 days later, and the items were the wrong size (my fault) so I contacted CS again, explained how unhappy I was with the short t-shirts, and all the problems with no emails or tracking info for the current order. CS apologized for the inconvenience and assured me the replacement order was being expedited with 2 day shipping. That was 5 days ago, and if tracking info is correct, my package just arrived in Illinois and isn’t scheduled for delivery until 4 days from now.(I’m in Md) Don’t waste your time or money on Duluth Trading Co. Shipping is unreliable, product quality is not worth the price, and customer service is incompetent to the point of being useless.

What is with these folks? I ordered three items from their 2024 Memorial Day sale. Today is June 5. Memorial Day was 5/27. It took them until Thursday that week to send an email stating my order is processed and shipped and they included a tracking number, which is nice. My package never left.
USPS says a label was created on 5/30 (that seems like a crazy amount of time compared to other vendors) and as of yesterday 6/4/24, my package label was created and still waiting, waiting, waiting… . It was not picked up. I know the USPS carrier scans priority at the PO when the items are dropped off.
I did read that a new post office in the area was all sorts of wonky! Be honest then.
Then I chatted with a CSR, I advised the above and requested an ETA or status. I got “the items are in stock, do you want to reorder?” One might expect, “let me look into that.”
That said, I advised that I will reorder but I am not paying twice and they complied but I did ask if they want to take a look to see. She was confident that they were lost forever.
The CSR sent me a fed ex return envelope and told me to return the USPS items when they arrive. This confused me as they told me that they were lost for good. I’m super worried I will be charged for not returning my first package that never arrives.
Another item to note, Oddly I was upgraded to ‘Ground shipping’ from USPS priority. Come again? Ground takes forever and I mentioned it wasn’t an upgrade (priority is the way to go and I didn’t order priority in the first place - what is going on?)
Now my package is being sent via Fed Ex with an arrival date of 6/17. If anyone knows anything about Fed ex it is that they are horrible since they started subcontracting.
I got my items on deep discount and maybe they had a huge order, but their webpage said 5 days. Not two /three weeks. This is crazy! Customers respect honesty so if it will arrive by mid June, just advise before purchase.
I will update if they charge my card more than once! If they don’t I will not update. (Today is 6/5).
Lifetime No Bull guarantee is total bull
I had a Lifetime belt given to me at Christmas 2021. The stitching failed in April 2024. I contacted Duluth and they responded with a canned response stating they will not repair the belt. They did not even take the time to look at the damages to the belt. The belt was not abused in any way, and clearly the stitching failed due to poor quality of materials. It is a real shame that Duluth is all about the marketing, and not at all about the customer.
UPDATE: After seeing the negative review, Duluth actually did the right thing and sent me a new belt. I wish they would have sent me the replacement for the right reason, rather than send me a replacement only after the negative reviews.
Horrible customer service and wasteful…
Horrible customer service and wasteful policies! I placed an order and immediately noticed PayPal had given them the incorrect shipping address. Called and email right away to remedy the situation. Was told NOTHING could be done and I just have to wait until the items were delivered to the wrong address, let them know it was never delivered so they can refund me and I can try ordering again. What in the unnecessarily complicated wasteful of every possible resource imaginable is that!? There is ZERO chance ya’ll boxed up my order and put it on a truck in 15 minutes or less. Zero. I’ll be demanding a refund, NOT reordering, and leaving reviews of this horrible customer service everywhere possible. Ridiculous.

I paid $15 for expedited shipping. 2 to 3 business days. My order was only $75. I wont see my order for 10 days after I paid in full. Phone support blamed the shipping company. What a scam! Free shipping was slated at 5 to 7 business days. I wouldnt buy here ever again. 1 and done.
