We paid full price for entry not knowing or there was no information about the 2 main big rides are closed!
I emailed them over this problem and they were very rude to me! I asked them for my money back.....they said an abrubt no!

We never go there again! They are not honest!

Visited here on holiday, on the second day I broke my collarbone on a waterslide in the TikiBad - inflatable rings without handles to hold on to, no supervision, lack of lifeguards - this place isn't safe. But now 3 weeks later, back in the UK, I am off work and have had to have surgery - I will be out of action for weeks and will have permanent scars. Duinrell management do not care, have not been in touch and refuse to give me the accident report. Worst holiday experience ever

Worst park ever!!! Do not recommend. Extremely unpolite and not helpful. Had an accident and they did not care.

This place is toxic in all senses. This is not fun park for children anymore!!! Tikibad is the biggest disgusting trash I have ever experienced, dirt everywhere, no security, if so there is comming 25 year old student girl solving nothing, people do not wash themselves before entering the water, no swimsuits only underwear, urea and chloramine smell, lockers worse than toilets, where toilets are empty since the circus do not care to release their fecals into water, corroded screws everywhere, pool for babies is actually washing place for EVERYBODY!!!!! You should really reconsider if the swimming in the cannal will be more safety for you and your family. We have left after 30 minutes, asked for refund with answer there is no refund once you have scanned your tickets. 3 hours of entrance are actually only 2. We were changing clothes of our 8 months old daughter on the floor where to people were entrancing the swimming pool, since all lockers were full and we wanted to leave as soon as we could. We worry about our lives and healthy now. All people with families and children, imagine people from all over the world LITERALY FROM EVERY CONTINENT ON THE PLANET just came here to wash themselves and than think about your children. Nevermore!!! Hopefully everything will be allright, praying to the God!

Don’t spend your money on this Dutch amusementpark! The ‘rides’ look like the last maintenance was done over 25 years ago. The concept of customer experience, service and friendliness hasnt’t arrived in this amusementpark. Last but not least: the boldness af the high prices this park dares to ask, is absolutely astounding in relation to the quality. The cheeseburger I had, was worthy of the carbidge-can and nothing more!

Refused to refund me after cancelling my trip. I've had to lodge a complaint with UK ECC (google them) to try and get my money back (please consider doing the same if you're struggling for a refund). Outrageous customer service. Would never use again.
