Completely lied to and scammed 100% of the time, they will gladly take your info like , I d., card numbers, money, personal info. Etc but u will get nothing back ever no money, place is a scam do not pay or play here, if you have played here a few times soon after you won't be able to you won't get to verify you id anymore, page times out and you can't get in , plus they're rules for withdraw are ridiculous they make it impossible trust me if u don't go ahead find out for yourself!
I have been through this I played there first hand ,they got me for $20 and I won on my own money not theirs and I couldnt withdraw based on there methods you can't withdraw to your card! Beware beware don't play at Duckyluck scam scam scam

I dont gamble never heard of these people but for some reason i keep getting emails from them saying i have won 14, 000 pounds?? laughable says is all about them really i have now blocked them

Horrible casino, deemed me ineligible for promotions because another user has my address on file, when the address goes back to a church that is used for receiving mail for homeless individuals. They don't value there players and they aren't understanding.

If you see an ad on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat of Dana White promoting an online casino report it immediately it's fake. Dana White does have legit UFC apps, but the fake ad DuckyLuck created is not in anyway associated with Dana White.

First, I would like to say, I understand if one gambles he/she may loose their money. I am not reviewing wins or losses today.

I received an email inviting me to play DuckyLuck online casino. Also included was a promotional offer to match my deposit by 500%, When I first entered, I clicked the wrong promo and received a 100% match. I deposited $25 and with the promo i had a $50 balance. I played thru that in about 3 minutes (I always bet the minimum amount that makes me eligible for bonus spins, usually $1 to $2 per spin). With a zero balance, I returned to get the proper promo of 500% of my deposit. Again, i deposited $25, bringing my balance to $150. I played 3 machines at $1.25 per spin. Nothing was happening. I won a few cents here or there, but even after switching machines nothing was going.on other than me pressing the rebid button. I was so bored I was falling asleep. My phone even slipped out of my hands, falling to the floor. Well, I did not get any bonus rounds. I won a few bucks here n there. I rolled thru $200 in cash and promo money, betting minimums to be eligible for bonus rounds, inside of 10 minutes.
Now understand, losing is no fun, However, what I'm complaining about is the total lack of entertainment, or amusement value. I almost fell asleep...while gambling!! I would not recommend this casino to anyone. Good night.

Verification of the account is nearly impossible. I sent over a dozen photos with me holding my id and they want to be able to see the details and read the id from the image you provide. This is separate from the pic of my id. If they have an issue reading your id that you are holding next to your face you will not be verified. I spent 3 days sending photos of me holding my id and still not good enough. Don't bother spending your money with these people.

So far so good. My experience with them has been great. Customer service is quick to respond and I was able to withdrawal my winnings. It took a little while to get it but that's understandable. Id like to also note I do not work or have any ties to the site. I just gamble there. I would recommend this site to anyone.

I tried coming back bc honestly I like the games on here but I quickly realized why I stepped away. In a matter of 30 minutes in my first attempt i went thru $500. My 2nd attempt....$100 in 5 minutes. Thus site just takes...especially if they target you. And they do...they target and take.

I have never had an issue with ducky luck. I’ve made thousands of dollars in withdrawals and even more in deposits. Until just recently. I had a fraudulent activity on one of my credit cards. During the process of identifying fraudulent charges (which there were many). Accidentally a 40 dollar payment to lucky duck was included. The next time I went to withdraw they said it needs to be reviewed because of the charge back. I explained what happened. Not to mention the fact that lucky duck was the only place I used that card virtually. Which makes me wonder where root of my card information being stolen was. Casino eventually through chat told me oh that’s been cleared. That I just can’t use that specific card on site anymore. That now money is being held for security protocol regarding bonus activity. For one site doesn’t even allow you to put in bonus it’s only by choices they give you. Plus coincidence that the best win I’ve had triggers this. I’ve made 100s of deposits here without an issue. I’m hoping this all gets resolved soon because as a VIP member I expect to be treated as one. More to follow….

In lucky ducks defense all the people complaining about winning thousands and only being able to cash out 100. Probably we’re using a free chip. Which clearly states the maximum withdrawal. Just like the others stating they only received 10x their deposit despite winning more. All of this is clearly stated in each bonus. If you’ve played on-line casinos more than just looking for free chips you’d know this. People shouldn’t be hating or giving bad reviews based on clearly stated rules. Just a thought.

###Update####. Was paid in full $3300. Took 1 week but all good.

Scammers ! I won a significant amount of money, was only able to withdraw it piece meal . Took weeks to get it . After I received my second withdrawal, they decided to deleted my account due to MY alleged fraudulent activity!!! So all my remaining winnings were voided !! Got no where with customer service. Just kept going around in circles and they accused me of initiating chargebacks on my account, which was a total lie , just an excuse to delete my account and take my remaining winnings. Stay far away from this scam site!

It not fair to say we can by a bonus and not let me see the screen. Took $8.00 out of my account 3 times and I do not know what's happening. I will leave reviews to warn others. $30.00 in less than 3 mins gone.

I have had nothing but great experience with Ducky Luck . Once I figured out how all these online casinos operate they were a step above the restroom. Won plenty of free 50 bucks on free bonus spins ans cashed out after my play through. Won some bigger jackpots aswell. Always paid fairly fast. The reason I stopped playing was they sent me an email saying since I was a skilled player they would no longer offer me bonuses and rewards lol. I only play slots so that is pretty ridiculous. I have lost way more then Won and regardless of what people think slots are random. They just didn't like the fact I got lucky a few times in a row. Oh well. Their loss.
