The webshop won't send books I ordered. I did not receive any books but the company credited my credit card. They claim the book got stuck in the post, but they will not return my money. I am so ashamed of being such a fool. I was so happy I found this special book to my grand children we had been looking for some time and was totally fooled. No books, no apology and no return of funds.
Disappointing online experience. Poor customer service. I made a substantial online order on my phone and inadvertently ordered two of some item only to be told I have to pay to return them. My mistake, but it’s difficult when you are making an order on a small phone. Won’t be shopping here again. Kenny’s online store all the way, where the customer service is always excellent.
