This bank is extremely good never have any issues apart from recently I have had payments from family but they keep going on hold. Not sure if there is a issue there side I will happily change to 5 starts but since yesterday I’ve had no access to any of my payments not sure if someone can help me as I’d be extremely grateful as calls aren’t working messenger and emails aren’t being responded to

The staff is great
The staff is great, always do their best to assist whenever I call. However, you should work better on money transfer. Severally, we had our money returned back to our bank when it ought to be received by the recipient at the home. Also the friend that introduced me was surprised hearing that it is impossible to use debit card because that’s what he has being using. Generally, there is always difficulty to transfer. The teceipient at home did not receive the money on time.

I've logged a complaint about poor customer service and attitude regarding people I have spoken to no update has been provided it's the 15th day of having the complaint logged. When I call for an update in advised the team will get back to you no one does. At this point in time I would not recommend them. If no response is given by the end of today I'm well within my right to refer this to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
