Great care is taken in the selection, production, testing and inspection of all our products and we are sure that you will be pleased with the results. We are happy to guarantee that all our seeds will have higher germination levels than those required by legislation and that our plants and other products will arrive in good condition.
Should any of your seed fail to germinate, we will happily provide a replacement packet. If your plants or sundries arrive in poor condition, please notify us within 7 days and we will arrange for a replacement (if possible) or a full refund. In some instances we may ask for photos of damaged plants or products. We regret that we cannot replace or refund products affected by adverse weather conditions, pests or diseases. I received a bag of 50 mixed allium bulbs, which i tried to put into groups. It was messy and frustrating, and by the time i received them i had no idea what was what, height or how these will display in a border

I've been buying onion sets and garlic bulbs for several years. The quality has been consistently good and delivery times short so that there is minimal risk of deterioration in transit.

Very happy overall
D.T. Brown had exactly the tulip types I wanted. Bulbs were sent very quickly to me and in good condition. Some surface mould was visible on some of the bulbs, but that's not usually something I worry about if the bulbs have not gone soft and are planted quickly.
Overall, very happy with the experience.
