Second time they messed up my online…
Second time they messed up my online order. The do not update their stocks, so you will only find out after you have paid they do not have enough products.
You can't cancel the order, you still have to go to the store and pick it up or send it back yourself. It takes days before they reimburse the money of the products out of stock and I couldn't cancel the order because the customer service doesn't work on weekends, so the products where already to far in the process.

Ordered from their website , on the 7th of july , they didnt contact me at all , they just went ahead and cancelled one of my items , atleast i paid through PayPal so im garanteed a refund , even tho its been 15days and it still hasnt arrived in my bank, they didnt even asnwer my emails , if i wanted something else instead yikes i made the whole order for that one item that they cancelled what a shi company, focus on ur website stock , i still found the item in stock after they just cancelled it for me like whyyy u trying to scam others too pfff dumb business

Promised delivery within 48-72h. One week later nothing, and my order is still 'being processed'. Complaints by email get pushed from pillar to post. I will be requesting a refund. How long their excellent customer service will take to process that heaven only knows. Looks like a scam site to me. Do not be fooled by the competitive prices. Caveat emptor.
Ridiculous experience
I have ordered several times. The first order I had an issue with, but did not pursue. The second time, I placed an order, there was a significant delay in shipping/delivery and an item was refunded as it was out of stock.. that's fine, but when my package arrived, 2 items were missing. The two items, that i made the order for anyway. Shouldn't be a problem, right? I submit the ridiculous ammount photos, i have several contacts between whatsapp and email and then they tell me that I'm wrong, the products were packed and I should have told the courier. The courier may as well have thrown the box at me, never mind waiting for me to open and check everything. So now I have no refund, and, no products. Super great...

Ordered online from UK with delivery in Spain products needed for holiday. Box arrived battered and with 3 items missing. Rang straightaway and told to email Juan. Sent email and chased but no response. Completed online customer service form - sent photos as requested and they didn’t want to know or do anything about it. More or less just said we know they were packed so it’s your problem … will NEVER buy online or in store again from a company that care nothing for customers. Determined to inform as many others via social Media and review platforms

I placed an order on April 13th 2024. On April 25th I wrote them, worried I that did not receive my order. After another reminder on April 30th, they answered me saying the address was incomplete and that´s why my package was not delivered. I must mention they never tried calling me, and I completed the entire address, it´s not my fault they probably show only the 1st line of the address. Today, May 2nd, they answered me they corrected the address and will deliver it with probably 1-2 more days of delay. I hope it won´t take more than 1 month to deliver an order in the 21st century. FIRST AND LAST TIME WHEN I ORDER HERE!

Druni Puerto Banus absolute disaster!
Absolute disaster shop. Customer service is literally non-existant.
Ordered online from druni.es - one item was faulty, wento to Druni Puerto Banus in Marbella and the girl L**ra who was the manager was not able to provide any proper help. Just came up with lame excuses and no help at all.
Lack of training and empathy. Will not buy from this shop anymore!

Avoid the online shop completely
Avoid the online shop completely ! I ordered some products to arrive to the Hotel in Barcelona and they shipped with Sending which "did not found" the location, a HOTEL !! Now I ordered two products which are in stock, and my order was cancelled without any mention why and the money will be refunded to PayPal. Druni does not know how to handle online business, I will ask them to delete my account, it is a waste of time. In store, they are worth a visit .. but online, forget it.
Prepayment when products are not in stock
Ordered online, and immediately after paying I received a message that 3/8 products are actually not in stock and money will be refunded within the next 10 business days...
If it's not in stock, why would you publish it on the website? Why would you make your customers pay for it in the first place? Very unprofessional for an online shop.
Finally, no clear delivery date has been provided, only a timeframe.
Victoria is lacking basic customer service skills
Victoria on the till was very unpleasant .i had a gift card that i wanted to use but didn't work, and I felt rushed to complete transaction. Fact that i speak very little Spanish and she speak no English does not excuse unpleasant service
