Payed but didn't receive my order

My order was placed on 31st of March. It's the 21st of April and I haven't received my package. I reached out to costumer service and got no reply so far and two weeks have passed already. I want my money back!!!

Don't order they dont send your order

Placed an order it says delivery in 72hrs. On day 5 they sent an email saying one of the items is not in stock and they refunded me for that item. But the order still says processing on the website over a week no order has been sent and they do not reply to emails to customer service.

A very bad online order…

I have had a very bad online order experience with Druni that has never happened to me. I am a regular customer. We received the package that was missing an item (Gucci Parfume 30 ml worth €45), we connected to the DRUNI group, at first they told us that they had put the items in the box correctly, but in reality, I have not received it! And then they don't answer my emails, and my husband call the phone a thousand times, they always hang up on, we don't know what that means, it is a large company, for €45 we lose a client Or more clients.
I advise you that when you receive the package, you have to record the video.... because of the bad experience I've ever had!

Incorrect Product Received

A month ago, I was in Seville, Spain, for a school excursion. During my two-week stay, I visited Druni several times to explore and test different perfumes. I wanted to find a fragrance for myself, which I successfully did, and I also wanted to bring a perfume as a gift for my younger sister.

After carefully considering my options over multiple visits, I finally decided on Valentino Born in Roma Eau de Parfum for her. Since I was not allowed to take the perfume to the checkout myself, a store employee handled it for me. As I am not very familiar with perfumes or their packaging, I trusted that the correct product had been selected.

However, upon returning home, I realized that I had received the wrong perfume—Valentino Born in Roma Extradose instead of the one I had chosen. This version is much too intense for a young girl and not suitable for her at all.

Following this mistake, I reached out to Druni Spain via email to explain the situation. Unfortunately, I never received a response. I sent a second email, but again, there was no reply. I found this very disappointing, as I had hoped for at least some form of acknowledgment or assistance.

I don’t recommend buying online from…

I don’t recommend buying online from this company. My order never arrived and the company ignored my request for a refund. I was refunded only because I was able to file a claim with Paypal.

Not sure they want to sell anything.

Every time I login to the site I have to change my password, very frustrating. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. In the past, I gave up and didn’t buy anything.
The prices are good the selection is limited.

The most terrible customer service.

I placed an order just because of the advertised delivery times of maximum 72h. I wait a week already for my order and according to the shipping information it is in transit since days. Customer service not available at all. Send several emails without reply. Called for two days in a row, nobody answers the phone. They use delivery company that share same values regarding customer service - hide until the end… If i knew i would have made a trial order, not spending hundreds of euros at once that i probably wont see again…I am extremely disappointed!!!!!

Delivery late and incomplete

I ordered 9 products online. They charged me. Two days after, I received a message that 2 products are actually not available. A day after, another product not available, 2 days after that, another one not available. A week after my order, which was already late and incomplete, I finally received a message that 5 out of 9 products I ordered are on the way… very disappointing. The online store is not updated with the current stock, and it happened numerous times I ordered before. Delivery late. I used to shop there regularly, but this is my last time. It’s ridiculous you rely on something to come, and it is not. Better go to Kiko or Douglas.

Online ordering

Online ordering is really good and the delivery service is also very good the only thing they could improve on is if an item is out of stock you should not be able to pay and order it . And then find out later it was not in stock as you could order something else at the time of placing the order but they are very prompt at refunding

Do not use

Do not use, parcel arrived at Xmas open. Product missing, I contacted delivery they never responded. Took photos of damaged unsealed box and tried to contact Druni but email was full. Eventually got a response said they don’t believe me and that was that. I won’t be using again so be very aware, the product missing was only about 15 euros but it could have been an expensive item. That’s my last time using, they are thieves

Order didn't arrive, no help from Druni. Druni's delivery company doesn't respond to emails or calls.

Hicimos un pedido el 19 de diciembre. La empresa de mensajería tuvo un "incidente", pero no responden a llamadas ni correos electrónicos para explicar cuál es el incidente. Sería genial que entregaran los productos o nos reembolsaran si los han perdido.

Intenté el chat en vivo de Druni, pero es un robot que no puede ayudar. Creó un ticket, pero hasta ahora no he recibido respuesta de un humano.

Compáralo con Amazon: pedí un producto que no llegó, hablé con su chat en vivo (con un humano) durante 2 minutos y me dieron un reembolso que recibí después de 3 días.

We placed an order on the 19th of December. The delivery company had an 'incident' but they won't respond to calls or emails to explain what the incident is. It would be great to either get the products delivered or get a refund if they lost it.

I tried Druni's live chat but it's a robot that can't help. It filed a ticket but so far no human response.

Compare this to Amazon: I ordered a product that didn't arrive, I spoke to their live chat (with a human) for 2 minutes and they gave me a refund which I recieved after 3 days.

Possible Scam/ Fraud

Ordered a product and it said it would arrive in 72h. It’s been days since and I have contacted customer support and hear absolutely nothing from them. The tracking company link says “service not found”. Will be calling my bank to make a charge back and report as fraud.
