From start to finish these guys made every thing so easy and seamless to what was for me a very daunting project.
Matt was super helpful and guided me through the process to ensure all bamboo was removed from large driveway .
The knowledge that I am covered for another year should any pesky roots remain is very appreciated

In short, a brilliant experience. From having a site visit, a quote drawn up along with a detailed list of exactly what work would be carried out, through to the 3 days of bamboo removal and annual pruning work, everything went really well. The crew were friendly, helpful, willing to answer questions as they arose, and completely professional. They had a positive attitude to the work and took pride in getting it right, with a detailed approach. I felt totally confident in what they were doing. They worked hard to get the job finished before the deadline, all the more appreciated when it's wet and cold. Will definitely be using them next year for the yearly garden pruning.

We had dr stump today to thin out an overgrown oak tree. What a wonderful team they were, polite, efficient and did a very good job. They checked before leaving that we were happy with the work carried out. They cleared up extremely well before leaving. I have no hesitation in recommending.

Right from the first phone call to the end of the job, Matt explained all aspects of the work involved in removing the large stand of bamboo from our garden and adjoining properties. He liaised with the relevant 3rd parties and coordinated the waste removal. Once he and his team arrived on site they worked quickly and efficiently to remove/ chip the bamboo and other vegetation whilst taking care to preserve unaffected areas and minimise damage to other areas of the garden and driveway in completing the work. We rarely recommend companies but would have no qualms in recommending Dr Stump. If you do hire them, please do remember to give them some tea and coffee; they seemed surprised to get it!!

Quick and tidy stump removal
From the point of calling Matt the removal of a number of stumps in my garden was completed quickly, tidily and professionally. Tim arrived on time and within minutes the first stump was gone! I would definitely recommend Dr Stump.
