I booked a pre-holiday spray tan. It was cancelled on the morning of the appointment :(

Great treatment. I had a lot of knots so considering that she did a great job. A little pricey in comparison to others in the area though

I recently had an eyelash tint.
It was conduced very professionally and included a hand massage, which was unexpected but very nice and relaxing.

I love this salon, the staff are always helpful and friendly. As with anywhere the quality of the treatments depends on who performs the service but of you find someone you like, the salon are very good about booking you with that person for future treatments. Prices are fairly reasonable and availability is normally flexible.

Very professional welcoming and relaxing. My treatment was fully explained and a different one recommended for a further visit . This was explained as being more beneficial for my face. Looking forward to another visit!

Lovely facial with good results bit please change the music! Acoustic pop songs do not help you to relax.

Therapists and treatment are excellent - cant be faulted. its very tricky though getting appointments - i seem to always get the answerphone or answering service - fine if you can book in advance but not so good if you fancy a spontaneous treatment - and they do ask for a 50% deposit.

From start to finish my experience was amazing. On arrival, I met Naomi, the clinic manager, who is friendly, knowledgable and welcoming. A perfect introduction to the clinic. Dr Mayoni listens to your concerns and gives brilliant advice. I had Botox and lip fillers for the first time and it was everything I imagined and more. I can't wait to go back! She is the best.

I went for a pregnancy massage. The best thing about it was the pregnancy pillow, which allows you to lie on your stomach and is super comfortable. The massage therapist was also quite firm which was nice compared to some who hear the word pregnancy and seem to barely want to touch you!

The main negative was that the only way to play music seemed to be through 'alexa' who wasn't working, and the first 10 mins of the massage were spent with the therapist repeatedly asking Alexa to play relaxing music and Alexa ignoring or doing something else, which was not so relaxing!! She never did play any music so there was none during the massage. Also the massage was a little shorter than advertised, even allowing for the time getting undressed and dressed and talking to the therapist beforehand.

I'm disappointed that I have had to give such a bad review, but as someone who has lived in Honor Oak for 15 years and been a loyal customer of Neroli's since it first opened, I can honestly say the standard has dropped since becoming The Clinic. I get at least one treatment a month and have found that recently I have had to chase reception (leave numerous messages and make frequent calls) to even book an appointment. This is sometimes because the person who answers the phone doesn't have access to the booking system, or there is only one person working (on Sundays?!) the last straw was rushing to The Clinic after work to make my appointment, only to discover that there had been an admin error and I wasn't booked in that evening. Sadly, I no longer find the service efficient and will no longer be using The Clinic for my treatments.

Always excellent service. The fact that they can minimise the wax pain significantly through their awesome products and well trained staff means I've been coming back for 4 years!

Step from the dirty street into a tranquil professional therapy centre, everyone is very enthusiastic and caring, wonderful therapists and receptions staff, go on treat yourself!

Particularly lovely therapist and super treatment which left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Nice staff, overall very happy with the service. I was a customer of Neroli and continue to be since it was sold and became The Clinic. If I compare my experience to the same treatments I used to get when it was Neroli, I feel it is not quite as good, both in terms of length of the treatment itself (it feels a little shorter generally) and doesn't feel quite as thorough. In addition, I feel it's missing a bit of a personal touch just insofar as tailoring to specific needs and feedback (in/ after a treatment) on voiced concerns. I'd like to stress, this is not a big negative but just a small thought I've had since The Clinic took over Neroli. I'm still happy to use it and will continue to do so going forward. Generally very happy - just worth making the points (since I received an email asking me to comment!)
