Worst service ever
The pharmacist was grumpy from the moment I said “good evening”. I showed the medicine I needed, he tried to sell me something completely different, and then brought the medicine I wanted and threw it on the desk. Ignorant and disrespectful.

No free return, no physical place to return
I am from România - the website is OK, I enjoy the fact I can order something with free shipping in the farmacy location. But if you want to return a product, this is where the problems begin. You cannot return that order in the farmacy like you should, you have to send it via courier and of course this is not free. Also the website doesn't facilitate the return, you have to send an email separately etc. I would like for you to improve these aspects.

Improve the way you’re packing your orders!
I’m from Romania and this week i ordered something from their site. The order arrived in time and all of the products that i ordered were inside. The problem is the way they packed my order. I ordered 4 products, just one of them being a bit bigger, but the others pretty small. They’ve put it in a big box that was absolutely unnecessary and with just a big piece of brown paper above the products that were just thrown there at the bottom of the box.
